With summer lasting from June to September, the hottest month is July when the temperature could reach 33°C (91°F). Late June to early July is the rainy period (Plum Rain Season) when the air is humid, and rainfall increases significantly. Hence weather-wise, the best times to visit Hangzhou is Spring or Fall when it is generally sunny, cool, and dry.Due to the pleasant weather, Spring and Fall are the peak tourist seasons in Hangzhou. Also, Spring is the best time to view peach, plum, and cherry blossoms. People rush to the city’s West Lake, hills, and parks to enjoy the great outdoors. Beside Spring and Fall, other peak times for Hangzhou are national holiday periods when millions of domestic tourists tend to descend on the city. To avoid extreme crowds, pick your dates carefully. West Lake, a moving ink painting, quietly spreads in the heart of Hangzhou. With its unique charm of "mountains and waters interdependent, city and lake combined", it attracts countless literati and tourists to stop. In spring, the Su Causeway is full of vitality, the willow waves and the sound of orioles; in summer, the lotus in the wind in the winding courtyard is fragrant and refreshing; in autumn night, the lake is bright and clear, like a fairyland; in winter, the Broken Bridge is covered with snow, adding a sense of tranquility and mystery. Walking along the lakeside, whether it is boating on the lake or sitting on a bench, you can feel the unique charm and style of West Lake. Leifeng Pagoda, Baochu Pagoda, Three Pools Mirroring the Moon and other attractions have added a sense of historical and cultural heaviness to West Lake. West Lake is not only a natural landscape, but also a living historical and cultural scroll, which is worth everyone's careful tasting and slow appreciation. 🥰

Absolutely enchanting! The Enduring Memories of Hangzhou show is a visual tour de force where the dancers seem to float on West Lake. It's an unforgettable, poetic experience, but be aware of the logistics: the address isn't listed on Trip.com; you need to go to 82 Beishan Road (Beishan Lu), near the Yue Fei Temple. Important tips: It's essential to go to the ticket office to exchange your reservation for a paper ticket before entering. Furthermore, I highly recommend booking VIP seats: the central view is much better for appreciating the scale of the production, and the added comfort is a real bonus. A must-see in Hangzhou!

The park was really beautiful. The drawback is you have to make very long walk to the entrance. Also, the pathway is not flat as they seems to do it like in the old days. There were few times i almost fall. So you need to watch out where you step
