I booked a family connecting room for our friend’s farewell before heading to the US, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, cheerfully accommodating our multiple requests for bottled water. Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. We loved the seamless check-in/out, the welcome drinks, and they even waived our security deposit! The rooms were spotless, and the buffet was delicious. A truly memorable stay!

The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road.Carsss24Carsss24I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours.
The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. It is situated near Rosh Hotel Manila, making it ideal for those attending trainings or official activities in the area. It is also easily accessible to nearby establishments such as Robinsons Place Manila, as well as various bars, coffee shops, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, and a wide selection of food options ~ perfect whether you’re working, relaxing, or exploring the city.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service of the staff. The service crew were consistently polite, accommodating, and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The rooms were clean and maintained, providing a cozy space to rest after a busy day. One area for improvement would be the internet connectivity, which could be more stable and reliable.
Overall, this is a great budget-friendly lodging option that offers excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking for accessibility, comfort, and warm hospitality in Manila.

I just hate the fire alarm that wakes me up at around 4:30-5:00am, since I am a light sleeper. I just hope the tenants would be responsible since others are also booked in the hotel if they’re cooking or smoking. Since the facility is non smoking are. I just hope they will be kind as well. Water actually works, unlike what’s stated online. Water heater is available and AC is working. Just make sure you turn it on and the light appears, otherwise, it will only be in a fan mode.
Water safe to drink available on the ground floor. Bring your water bottle.
No bathroom essentials (for a single deluxe room) idk if it is on other rooms. Bring yours, esp toothbrush and toothpaste.
It was really good! Worth every penny.
