The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; aside from being close to Tower Bridge, other attractions are quite far, making it less convenient than staying in the West End. The room was alright, but the bathroom was a bit odd – long and narrow, and the door wouldn't stay open. I had to prop it open with a stool for ventilation. Service was generally good; the restaurant staff were excellent, and most of the front desk team were very helpful, with only a few exceptions. Free bottled water is provided. However, when I asked a particular staff member for some, she seemed a bit reluctant. After that, I called room service for water, and it was fine several times, but on one occasion, the front desk said only two bottles were provided per day. I mentioned I had been staying at the hotel for over a week (I actually stayed 9 days) and that bottled water was promised when I booked. She then said more could be delivered if requested. Overall, it was just okay; the price was higher than another 4-star hotel nearby, so the value for money wasn't great.

The location and amenities are great, however it’s a bit confusing to have a dedicated hotel shuttle at a cost of £8 return. While there is a public transport (see attached image) within 4-5 minutes walk, even without basic pedestrian infrastructure, it’s easy to reach using Google maps. All that enables the private 3rd party to become successful for offering a paid airport shuttle service.

Highly recommend this hotel, it offers great value for money! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to several metro and train stations. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. It's right opposite UCL, which makes the area feel very safe. The hotel facilities are relatively new. I've stayed at both this one and the Royal National Hotel next door (they're part of the same group), and City Sleeper feels a bit more updated. I was initially worried about noise, but it was surprisingly quiet at night.

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day. The transportation was also very convenient. The double room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very basic and repetitive; I ate the same things for three days straight and got tired of it.

Traveling in the UK, I found this hotel near the British Museum. It's about a 10-minute walk from the museum, and there are plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. There's also a metro station with a direct line to the airport. The hotel was reasonably clean, and the facilities and service were good. The front desk offers 24-hour luggage storage.

I stayed at Smart Hyde Park View Hostel for two nights in a 6-bed dorm with a private bathroom. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a short stay. Having a private bathroom inside the room was very convenient and it was kept reasonably clean. The location is one of the best parts of this hostel. It is right next to Hyde Park and close to Queensway and Bayswater underground stations, which made it very easy to get around London and visit major attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option in central London if you are looking for a simple and comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying here again.

The triple room was considered quite modern, but the last two days were a living hell. If you have any budget at all, do not book this hotel. Not only is there no air conditioning, but the room is stiflingly hot to the point of suffocation. The window is tiny, and only lets in a bit of air late at night, making it impossible to sleep. I truly felt the pain of the 'three brothers' (a Chinese slang term often used to describe uncomfortable living conditions, referencing a historical anecdote about a challenging military campaign). Breakfast was simple but filling. The hotel was too crowded, and the front desk staff were incredibly slow; 'Chinese pace' felt out of place here. Free luggage storage was a convenient plus.

Its near piccadilly station, there is the piccadilly and bakerloo line, very convenient. Walking to buckingham, trafalgar, big ben, oxford street, westminister, national gallary, chinatown is very fast and easy. Stayed at the piccadilly zedwell the last time i came, but this time came alone so booked this. Security was quite strict, he needed to check your card before letting you in. I would not encourage but i left my stuff in the capsule without locking and went out. They do sell lock there but i just forgot to bring mine ans didnt want to buy, nothing was lost. The place is nice and clean, the ventilation in the capsule is also good, i thought it was going to be hot, but turns out i was a little cold in the middle of the night. The toilet was clean, except the water in the shower or sink are both very hot, i could even see steam. They have soap in the shower and sink, but i brought mine instead. They dont provide towel, so do bring one. Overall the experience was good and nice, will definitely be back again when i visit london again.

The hostel stacks 3 beds vertically, like some in London do. Can't sit up in bed. You will be miserable. Will require you to install an app to get pass doors, and register your information to use WiFi. Not the worse place, but not the best either. It's south of London Bridge in Southwark, a little too close to the hustle - some would like it, some wouldn't.

Good location. DLR less than 5 min walk away and 4 stops away from Canary Wharf (10 mins) or 20min ish walk. Facilities are great, really nice pool cinema room etc. view from 15th floor was really good. Apartment unfortunately let it down - there is no A/C (we knew this before booking but did regret it a bit as it ended up being 24c) would be nice if the rooms had fans. There is also nothing provided in the kitchen, just a kettle and mugs you have to ask for everything, I understand why they do this it just put us off cooking anything as we would’ve had to gone downstairs to ask. Another thing to note is it’s tinyyyy (again we could see that before booking) but hadn’t quite realised how small- it’s definitely more suited for one person and gives more student accommodation vibes than hotel, our apartment was run down in a few places. There isn’t really any photos online of the bathrooms but the shower again is very small- can just about fit one small person. We were given one toilet roll and had to ask reception for more, to which they had to send someone to our apartment for. Also to note- No matter what size apartment you get the beds are all the same size (small double) so just bare that in mind if you’re tall or like to spread out. Overall the stay was good, the price I think was fair for the quality of apartment. I’d stay here again in the winter if the price was right. It could just make some improvements.
