Requested for connecting rooms and the hotel was nice to provide. Super spacious plus there’s a living room area in between the connecting rooms. Nice stay.

Everything was very good, starting from the easy checkin that took less than 5 mins, and everyone was smiling at your face and keep asking if you need anything to make your accommodation better I was booking a king deluxe room, they upgraded mine to junior Suite room The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms. The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment. At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

Everything was good however the assist could be better the outside staff was do nothing chatting saw customer take off from taxi with bag's but ignored until I approached them asking help with bag's to do check in.

The hotel is located near the bus station. The room did not look very clean: there were hairs on the table, yellow stains on the nightstand, and there were drops of dried tea on the cups. I liked the speed of the Internet - the only thing that worked flawlessly.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

Service facilities and sanitation environment are good. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and professional. There is a hotel that has been amazed. I booked a 2-room room, which is actually a villa on the first floor. The stove, washing machine, refrigerator, and tableware are all complete. The pool is clean and the surroundings are quiet. The bubble bath water temperature is too comfortable. Very recommended hotel

I stayed for 4 nights with my family i would definitely recommend this hotel i would say it is 10/10 no fault always happy to help room was very clean spacious and comfortable breakfast was very nice loads of variety to offer its guests also the swimming pool and other facilities were very nice and clean overall very happy would definitely come back for any future trips.

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions and I have been very happy. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport,terminal A (it takes just 10 mins)and another one that brings you to the mayor attractions of Abu Dhabi. The room was nice and clean,breakfast was excellent (buffet) and as a plus there is a swimming pool on the top floor to chill a bit before taking the connection flight. The staff is very nice too.I recommend this hotel!
