Well over one hour later and pipes removed Mark found the wedding band. We left small token for Mark to show our appreciation with jim at front desk. Later that morning we witnessed Manager (Kennith) screaming at the top of his lungs at his employee (Kitchen person) this behavior from Him was in front of my family this was unacceptable behavior. We witnessed his unprofessional behavior on both trips to your facility.

We got stranded at Dallas airport as did many other people. We tried to get a hotel room close to the airport with shuttle service, nothing available. This hotel was the first one that had a room, even tho it was a $100 RT uber ride it was well worth it. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to those of us who were stranded in Dallas on our way somewhere else. The staff went above and beyond. It is located in a nice area, only downside is that it is so far from the airport which, for us is the only place in Dallas we ever go to. However, in the future if we ever get stranded again or are just passing through this will be our first hotel of choice.

Our stay was due to a soccer tournament in the area and our team advanced to the semifinals. Our games got pushed back due to a rain delay and Clayton, at the front desk, so kindly helped us to extend our check out. He was so helpful with everything and had such a refreshingly positive attitude. I will definitely stay here again for next year’s tournament!

It is a family and comfortable apartment, separate rooms each with bathroom, closet, washing and TV, good size kitchen and with everything necessary, in common area a sofa with TV, the hostel and jacuzzi air-conditioned, the wifi serves perfect, I loved everything, My daughters and I spent the super t we feel safe. My thanks to Cristian, a very kind person, with an enthusiasm to solve any problem and great will, as well as the customer service boss.

Generous breakfast spread. Room is clean, the gym is clean. Friendly and efficient hosts. Friendly and helpful housekeeping team. I enjoyed my stay.
