酒店環境很不錯，裝修風格時尚大氣，房間佈置得很温馨。窗外的景色也很好，可以看到阿克蘇市的城市風光。酒店周邊的環境也很安靜，不會被嘈雜的聲音打擾，非常適合休息。這樣的環境讓人在旅途中能夠得到充分的放鬆。

這家酒店設施超讚！床品柔軟舒適，桌椅穩固精緻，窗簾遮光性強，插座位置合理，照明系統設計超貼心。大廳前台小姐姐 很美麗，乖巧，直接推薦，一個戴眼鏡的男經理也很負責任。

全國各地自駕遊，這個酒店客觀的評價幾句，給想來的朋友一些參考。酒店配套設施確實有點陳舊，入住的房間馬桶的沖水有一邊是壞的，按不動；洗手池是裂的；衞生間的門和牆壁到處水漬；淋浴間開放式的，室外38度沖個涼凍的發抖；浴巾毛巾雖然沒用，但看着也是發硬的那種；最不舒服的是酒店的服務，不知道是沒有培訓過還是酒店管理沒有要求。入住期間，遇到的客房保潔和餐廳工作人員，無一例外的連最基本的禮貌都沒有，早餐時間，餐廳的女服三個人背靠着桌子，雙臂環抱胸前，冷臉怒目的盯着就餐的客人…拉麪的男師傅，客氣的跟他説了兩遍要一碗麪，他頭都不抬撈完鍋裏的餛飩，轉身離開了，還以為他漢語不好，不明白，結果轉身去跟女師傅無障礙漢語交流…
酒店前台還是不錯的，入住、離店到接聽電話都有問候，有禮貌；床品也可以，兩個高度的枕頭可選；酒店位置也方便，還有地上地下免費停車場。

房間大小可以，衞生不行，床頭和桌子都是土，可能也和他這個酒店周圍環境有關係，周圍都是土。阿克蘇的這個酒店前台服務確實不行，從地下停車場出來，電梯上到一樓，路過第一個服務人員，連理都不理你，中間的那個也不説話，我還得主動大聲問，哪裡辦入住，中間那個才説她那裡辦理…邊上那個一直也不理人，衹和自己的同事聊天説話的。辦理入住也不告訴哪裡吃早餐，還得再打電話問。很不專業，應該加強服務人員的培訓。

去前台登記了身份證，第二天沒有客人訊息，遺失衣服酒店也沒有通知，二天後想起來問酒店才説有。大廳保安態度惡劣，特的的囂張，住這家酒店特別沒有安全感，向他們投訴也沒人搭理，一樓廁所衞生臟的沒法下腳，價格還特別貴。真心建議大家不要選這家酒店。
