Pearl Star Hotel Atami

Atami|0.23km from Atami Onsen Sakura Ryokan
I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

I was taken care of for one night in early June. I was lost to take a taxi on a heavy rainy day, but I can see it immediately after passing through Atami shopping street. I was surprised at the inn! It was good not to take a taxi (laughs) When I arrived at the inn, I felt that there was a day trip hot spring (using a large bath). The entrance lobby was large and there was a space where souvenir corners (stores) and beverages could be freely drunk. The room is said to be ... It is a new building, so it is the back of the building. I took the elevator to the third floor, and I felt very lost with the left, right and stairs (there is a guide to the room when you arrive) I rented a room called ”manten” in the new building. It is very large and comfortable. You can drink refrigerators and coffee cherry tea. We also have chocolate and Japanese confectionery sold at the store. Amenities are also available in POLA, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bath in the inner bath is outside! It feels a little hot. The season was not so cold outside in June, but it feels cold outside in winter. (It may be cold until it is soaked in hot water because the cherry blossoms are to some extent) The bath of Hinoki is hot with hot water flowers and wind flow. The scenery can see the house and the sea. It was very clean. Dinner is 6 o'clock (time can be selected) It was a cute woman from Burma who greeted me in front of the dining room. It feels like I stood and waited for dinner and breakfast. I was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly and polite. The dishes are Japanese and very delicious. It was good that there was no salt or amount left. The boiling of gold eye was also made well and delicious. Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock, dried food, hot tofu and salad to choose from... This was also good, and the rice cooked and the water were good. I changed it because it was delicious! The master said, ”Rice is delicious” if it is not a koshihikari from Minami Uonuma! (the inn provided Yamagata rice is very delicious) One unfortunate thing is that G comes out of the gap of the lion of the inner hot water (bug) I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked for a * insect spray, and I did not crush it well, but ... it was a little scorched because it was big. I think it was very good. I answered the questionnaire and received the bathing agent of this inn (laughs) I want to see you again next time. Thank you.

Atami Onsen Sakuraya Ryokan

Atami
We wanted to experience something special during this long-awaited trip to Japan and were referred to this ryokan (traditional inn) by a former client of mine. On paper, it has several things going for it: It’s located directly on the train route between Tokyo and Kyoto; Features both a large onsen (mineral bath) and private tubs in the rooms; Includes both breakfast and dinner. Also, it threw me a bit at first but was actually quite reassuring that the website for this ryokan is entirely in Japanese. I took that as a sign of its authenticity, and management was very gracious to correspond in English via email. When we arrived, we were not disappointed with the warm welcome and very comfortable accommodations. Although our room was the smallest at the inn, it was actually a small suite of rooms with lots of modern amenities as well as traditional decor. We changed into our yokatas and lounged in our sitting room enjoying tea and snacks before dinner. That dinner was amazing! Having notified management that our aging knees do not allow us to sit on the floor in the traditional Japanese manner, we were delighted that they arranged a private dining room and server for us. We’d never before seen such an ongoing stream of exotic and delicious foods. After a while, we just laughed as our server brought us more and more dishes. Our private mineral bath was the perfect way to unwind after dinner. I’m not sure what minerals are in the piping hot water, but it felt so good. Sleeping on tatami mats was a challenge, but not impossible. In the morning, breakfast was a slightly shorter version of dinner, with multiple small dishes of beautiful and delicious foods. Before checkout time, we had some time for a walk down to the beach and around the neighborhood. Finally, when it was time to leave, the inn provided a ride to the train station. Everyone we encountered at this ryokan was so gracious and accommodating. It was a wonderful, relaxing, and unforgettable experience. Be aware, though, that this type of inn is not cheap. Most of them charge per person per night. But if you want to pamper yourself, I highly recommend this place.

Ara ... It is a couple who have long been raised. I wanted to see the fireworks of Atami and drive from Chiba Prefecture. I thought that it was a day trip, and I stayed in room 303 for one night. There was resistance to ”night stay”... There is a terrace of 6 tatami mats in the room (there is also a table & chair) I took a walk around Atami Station and bought sea and sake on the terrace slowly! The fireworks were also able to be appreciated by great power from the terrace (^-^) The room was clean, and the joint toilet, the bathroom bath, and the living room were very clean, and I think the cleaning is also going. Hot springs were also good hot water! There are only three washing places, but the stone tub is large. However, there are only ... large baths 1, so it is because men and women change in time. If you want to enjoy hot spring baths, It may be a little lacking. But there is a shower room available 24 o'clock on the different floor, so you can take a bath outside the time (however, it is not hot spring water) In the living room, instant coffee, tea, water, hot water, ice and tea ware were also free, so I made it here and drank in the room or drank while watching the scenery on the terrace of the living room. The owner and the staff were friendly and kind. It is an inn that I want to stay again (^^)

Atami, beautiful and quiet coastal town, the cherry blossoms are open, the spring is warm... The hotel is by the sea, the beach is separated by a road, the room is invincible and spacious, and the sunrise can be seen in the morning. It’s not about 20 minutes from Atami Station, but it’s all ramps. There’s still a stone ladder in the middle. It’s not convenient to have luggage. Take a taxi, 900 yen. The driver is a little girl. It’s small and small. The car is very good. On the road, I felt like I was walking around. I didn't have much food around. I was quiet at night. I was at the hotel buffet, 5,000 yen, small, and things were just like things.

It is the apartment, but it is clean and cheap. If you look at the fireworks, the price is very high. There are a lot of chairs upstairs. If you want to do it, you should take it early. I only have 10 minutes left to go up, standing at the back is also very good, very shocking. . There is a small hot spring on the roof. Breakfast buffet is OK, there are grilled fish. When driving a taxi from Atami Station, the driver did not know the name of the English hotel on Ctrip's appointment slip. It is recommended to save Figure 9 and let the driver know.

Atami Kan, Itoen Hotel in the arcade of Atami. It will stay at 6F. When I entered the room, I was 2 people, but it was good to feel wide. There are 3 beds, and it is felt widely and cozy. It was good to have a bath and a hot spring. It feels warm and skin is also warm. I think the view was good when I stayed in a high room on the floor. I thought I would like a little more volume of one item for dinner. There are many types. There were sashimi, pork, tempura, sushi, and other radish and tea steamed with vinegar birds. You can drink sake. Breakfast was colored 々 and there were many Japanese food materials. Saba salt baked, eggplant and pepper miso fried was delicious. I think it was good to have soba. In addition, there were hijiki and cut dried daikon, and I received Japanese food. The second night dinner and breakfast were almost the same as the first day. I think it was reasonable and good.
KKR Hotel Atami

It is a hotel, not a traditional Japanese-style hotel. The Japanese-Western style room can sleep on tatami mats. Not coming to collect futons in the morning is more humane than traditional ryokans. Breakfast is a buffet, it is a bit early to end before 9 o'clock. At night, the style is similar to traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The taste is similar to that of Hakone Onsen area, but the variety is less than that of Hakone. It’s not a weekend, it’s recommended. The price on Saturday is too expensive. It’s better to go to Hakone.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from JR Atami Station to the hotel. You can see the hotel when you go down the second step to the seaside road. The room is quite ordinary, but very clean, the bathroom is dry and wet, it is recommended to book a room on the 2nd floor, the hot spring is also on the 2nd floor, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is Japanese style. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. If you need dinner, it is recommended to go to the restaurant on the 2nd floor at around 19 o'clock. You can't place an order after 20 o'clock. There is a Rosen supermarket about 150 meters from the hotel. I personally feel that the food is not very rich. You can see the sea from the room. It takes 30 minutes to walk along the beach to the hot harbor. From the hot harbor, you can take a boat to the island. The one-way ticket is 2,800 yen. There is a road behind the beach, and the road is Atami Ginza Street, which has many restaurants.
