Hotel location was very good, bathroom was very small, water kettle for tea coffee not provided by hotel. The demand immediate payment for any food order. I think hotel was overpriced.

stay was not appropriate as i thought it was expensive hotel they might provide good services , but services were average and even the rooms were not that great . almirahs were very basic , lighting’s of the room was very dull , and the staff was rude , they kept asking for money again and again when i was ordering i coffee , i told i will pay everything at checkout but the guy was rude and said oay now pay now… not sounding this hotel again ever

Stay was comfortable, but service wasn’t flawless. Rooms are spacious, we got upgradation to partial sea view( through balcony, but corridor has better view) with some charges. Basic facilities available. Room and toilet were clean, but the bathing area was too small, the big shower occupied 1/3rd of it(just to tell length, just managed to stand. Won’t recommend food service and restaurant. But if you are prioritising on roaming around and beach then it’s very much suitable for you, you will enjoy. Beach in front of hotel is relatively less crowded and beautiful.

Rubbish rooms and even worst customer service. Absolute zero sense of hospitality industry. Watch out for lizards and bugs. Cost to value is not parity priced.

Service is very slow. U have too call many times for single order. Parking is mess, if u park your car after few hours security will come and say please shift your car as your blocking other persons car. Waste of money. Be care full.

Location is very good and their in-house club is also good and happening but the hotel food and service are not upto the mark.

Complete new staff being hired. They are helpful but not that knowledgeable. They need to focus more on their amenities part. Basic amenities such as good night, bucket and mug wasn't available in the room. We need to ask for batteries to activate the remotes. Nothing to explore in goan food as they don't have it available except for punjabi food.
