Shangri-La Hotels with Balcony

This place is awesome! My children enjoyed their stay here. It has an amazing unblocked view of the mountain. We could spend hours looking at the scenery. The service is also great. The staff are friendly and are always looking out for us. They provided complimentary photoshoot, tea break and in-house laundry. They also served us warm desserts and milk at night. The room is small but cozy. My children love hanging out with the animals at the hotel’s farm. The animals are very cute and playful. Occasionally, the animals will appear at our balcony and front door. Would definitely recommend this place!

I recommend this hotel. Their staff is very nice and helpful. U can ask for everything from her. The room is good and well prepared. Language is not a problem. They have applications to translate. They also have service to pick you up at the north gate...super boy will help you to carry things to the hotel.

The stay is located in a peaceful and open space, just 20 minutes away from the Shangri-La train station, near Lake Napahai. We are surrounded by majestic mountains and expansive fields, with fresh air and a clear blue sky. The room is equipped with an oxygen supply and heated floors, making it incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious 牦牛 hotpot, which was absolutely delightful, especially with its flavorful soup base. We had hoped to see a galaxy of stars, but unfortunately, the sky was cloudy. Later in the evening, we ordered instant noodles and beer from Meituan. The delivery was impressively on time, despite the distance. This is the kind of trip I enjoy—away from the crowds, quiet, and peaceful, with the refreshing embrace of nature. 民宿地处幽静开阔的空间，距离香格里拉火车站仅 20 分钟路程，靠近纳帕海湖。四周群山环绕，田野广阔，空气清新，天空湛蓝。房间配有氧气供应和加热地板，非常舒适。 我们享用了美味的牦牛火锅，尤其是汤底的香味， 令人赞不绝口。我们原本希望看到星空，但不幸的是，天空阴云密布。当晚晚些时候，我们在美团订购了方便面和啤酒。尽管距离很远，但送货准时，令人印象深刻。 我喜欢这样的旅行——远离人群，安静祥和，拥抱大自然，令人心旷神怡。期待下次的相会。 香格里拉润境·牧栖半山庄园 - 在梅里雪山也有另一间名宿， 希望有机会可以去体验。

We have a great time here. The owner is friendly and allow us to early check in and stay after we check out — while waiting for departure time to next town. Easy to find halal food nearby the Inn. And the location is near to the Dukezong Old Town. Room is cozy and warm when outside temperature is killing us. There is oxygen supply you can buy at the counter in case needed. Will definitely book the same Inn next time we come here! Thank you for your great hosting ♥️

Great stay at Shangri-La Anxu Garden Holiday Home (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City Branch). Not directly located within the ancient city so you won't have to worry about the noise especially during high season. Ancient city is only a short walk of less than 10min. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. A family of four play together, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, and the little animals are even cuter! recommend! Will definitely come again if I have the chance!

A ranch-like hotel with herds of cattle and horses and green grass~ The service is also very good, so I stay here every year when I come to Shangri-La The black bean coffee is delicious and the animals will surround it There are floor heating and electric blankets in winter, so the autumn and winter in the highland ranch are not cold and feel good~ There is a parking lot at the door and you can drive there~

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ganlo Inn.This is a very friendly family run B and B with a homely atmosphere. They provided excellent top notch service from our arrival to departure. The room was clean and the most spacious room during our whole 8 days trip in Yunnan. Heating was good in both the room and toilet. They also serve aromatic barista coffee. Location is ideal - not too inaccessible from the entrance to the old town but yet very convenientl and near all the restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the old town of Shangrila for a reasonable price and great experience.

Amazing hospitality by the staff at the hotel. Prior to arrival and throughout the stay, we are in contact with the staff via WeChat who provided helpful contacts, information and support. As we had to leave the hotel early after our first night for the Abujicuo hike, the hotel had kindly prepared early breakfast (before 7.30am) for us to takeaway. This includes fruits, milk and bread. Otherwise, the breakfast option (Chinese, continental etc.) will be decided the night before to consume at the breakfast area. As for the room, it has a very modern and luxurious concept to it as seen in photos. The hotel also provides a variety of shower shampoo, body soap and body lotion to choose from (Balmain & others) during check-in. Lastly, we appreciate that the hotel has self-service washing machine/dryer on the rooftop for us to wash clothes after our hikes.

A large beautiful room with king size bed, radiant floor heating ( appreciated on a cool rainy arrival day!) Friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to assist us. The hotel itself is close to the ancient city as well as to regular shopping and within walking distance of many sites. Highly recommended!
