It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

The Ritz-Carlton is one of our favourite hotels. We love how luxurious it is and the one in Beijing did not disappoint. Pros: -amazing service especially from Cassie in the club lounge -excellent lunch and dinner menu, it was also very tasty -everything about the hotel is clean and well maintained Cons: -compared to other Ritz-Carlton’s, the club lounge was a little bit disappointing. In the Guangzhou ritz, the club lounge had all you can eat lunch buffets and afternoon tea. The variety was huge and very worth the club lounge price. The club lounge room was also smaller than I’ve stayed in the past.

I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in China, and never bothered to give a review because you’d expect good service and a clean room. On this occasion all the staff were on point. They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.

Very nice hotel in the Business district. Food was also very tasty. We used room service and also the restaurants in the hotel. There is a nice selection of Chinese restaurants inside the hotel. The staffs English level is very low, but this is the case everywhere in China :)

Mercure hotel has the best price-quality relation so far. Rooms are clean, all staff are so helpful. We came 3 hours earlier and we could check in immediatelly. Also,we've got a late check out. Reception girls speak very good English. I can highly recommend to take a dinner at this hotel (we beooked a half board option), and food was extraordinary good. I can highly recommend this hotel!

It was my very first overseas travel with my mom. Location is the best cause it is near to Dawanglu Station which is easy to travel around Beijing. Also, they helped me a lot. Room was so clean and comfortable as feel as my home. Therefore, SKP department store is 10 minutes away, you can find global brands like Miu Miu, Bottega Veneta, Dolce Gabana etc. I will definetely reccommend this hotel to others and my friends. Check out by front desk 王宇was smooth and efficient, deposit of 400rmb he mentioned will be reinstated by today. Housekeeping 宋君did a great awesome job, room was neat and tidy, well-done and keep it up. Washing machine comes w washing and drying, suitable if you want simple cooking, there is a gym and yoga room. About 400m to nearby subway. Back of the hotel apartment you can find affordable local food. And there is a few massage shop across the hotel. Will come back again, highly recommended 👍
