Absolutely amazing time here and so much of it was thanks to the most amazing person ever - Paolo. Before I even checked in the bell hop helped me with the luggage and check in was so smooth. Everyone was so welcoming and warm that I immediately felt happy and bubbly. The room was so thoughtfully prepared to welcome me on my birthday and to make me feel special. There was even a small cake, a fruit platter, and a personalized card. I was absolutely blown away by the level of personalized care and attention to detail. We had some tea at the executive lounge and again were welcomed and had great service. Paolo arranged for some more personalized touches for my birthday party in the lounge including Barbie themed photos on the appetizers and bite sized snacks. He was able to help us with the theme of the birthday party ~ Barbie by designing four different pink cocktails including a gin tonic style drink and a bubbly prosecco based one. We also had the breakfast buffet which had a great selection of food and was separated from the dining tables which was appreciated to better enjoy the food. I really liked the noodle and soup station in the morning especially as it was raining. The butterfly brunch was lovely and very fulfilling. I have nothing but an endless number of positive things to say about my sumptuous room with mesmerizing views and tremendous service. I love staycations and I have to say that this one takes the cake. Thank you all!

The waiter brought it to my door and didn't pay attention at first. Later when I wanted to use it, I found two spots-like stains and forgot to take pictures; 2. The breakfast was too ordinary. Simple, just the standard of a 4-diamond hotel, and it’s a bit disappointing that it’s semi-buffet; 3. My mother didn’t go to breakfast for the 2 nights of my stay, so I took my child and calculated the cost for my child was 158 yuan/breakfast, and I refunded the money without any communication or exchange. It will be deducted when you check in; 4. The mini bar charge is a bit inhumane. After all, the mini bar is free now. How about charging a few bottles of drinks for a room rate of 3800 yuan a night? How about charging 88 yuan for a bottle of Coke with a market price of 2.5 yuan? ! What? advantage: 1. Good service! good service! good service! It made me feel at home. Every employee provided sincere service with a smile. The quality of Peninsula’s employees is top-notch! I’m sure the hotel treats its employees well; 2.10.3 coincided with the wedding anniversary, and the concierge decorated the room! Thank you so much! We also provided additional sheets and quilt covers for the mattress. The quilts were all used up due to the large number of people, so that the family of three could sleep peacefully. The hotel breakfast was okay, but not very varied. The hotel is in a good location, close to Chaoyangmen subway station, and there is a Wumart supermarket nearby on a two-minute walk.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from 22 Dec to 25 Dec 2023. All the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and engaging. Special shout out to the front desk staff, Luna Liu for her proactiveness in going the extra mile to make our stay here more delightful. I also want to mention about the male staff at the door. I forget to ask for his name. He is always wearing a smile and greet us politely. Definitely would stay here again when I visit Beijing.

We were intrigued by the siheyuan and it was really quite a good experience. Despite being ancient, it was warm, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Got to remember not to flush toilet paper as the sewage can't support that. The whole setting allowed travellers to mind their own business and also to mingle. We were very happy to have met and made friends with some locals and even friends from Tibet. The kids love the place and I would recommend this for families who like to experience local culture.

Amazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries. The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

The location if the hotel is great and transportation is very convenient. The service is also very good. The rooms and the public areas were always clean and neat. The amenities were excellent. The rooms also have minibar, an extra heater, a safe and a tea set which is great. The staff at the hotel is magnificent and is always willing to help with any situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. PS There's a cute kitty in the front desk area.

+) The staff was highly friendly and spoke good English, +) Cosy common room and rooftop +) Washing machine for 15 yuan +) Great Location, close to the forbidden city +) When I was there, there were kitten babies all over the place which made the experience just unique 😍 -) Only one shower and generally only one bathroom for everybody -) No towels included -) There were lockers in the room, but you didn't get a key for it. You can leave your valuable belongings at the reception, though. -) You don't get a key for your room so either you leave it open all the time or you ask every time at the reception to open it for you -) If you have a cat hair allergy, this might not be the right place for you
