Had a comfortable stay, rooms are clean, service is prompt and food is delicious. Swimming pool was really clean, my kids enjoyyed very much. Breskfast had so many options to choose from. Avtar ji and Samita ji served us very well. Ideal place for a family vacation

Our stay at Whispering Palms Beach resort was very good and the staff were exceptional. The location is very good as it is near to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. It has the added bonus of being next door to a taxi counter. The food is of a very high standard and the staff make sure you are happy with what is on offer. If you want anything else they go out their way to provide it. Things like bacon, brown sauce, chicken tikka, steak, prawn cocktails etc etc. Staff that deserve a special mention are Manisah who was a joy to speak to in the restaurant, Akash who served drinks and waited tables always with a smile and the manager Pavin who was incredibly helpful when we had issues with our aircon. The cleaning staff are fantastic especially Sabitha. To be fair all the staff are fantastic and really make this place what it is. The main negatives are the need for some maintenance just a bit of tlc and some extra cleaning around the pool. Some of the towels and loungers are a little bit tired. Tui who we booked with did make us aware of building work nearby but honestly it had no impact on us whatsoever.

Just returned from 2 weeks at whispering palms and can I start by saying how amazing the staff in this hotel are, Dora, Manisha, Summit,Deepak and Akash and Trisha made our stay. They can't do enough for you and always with a smile. Pravin on reception was helpful in trying to sort the issues we had. Although it 3 days to get a new room the one we eventually got was ok 307. Toilet was leaking water for almost 6 days before it was sorted . Hotel needs alot of improvement and updating looks very grubby in places, spa needs a good clean and some music would help while having a treatment. Food was good but alot of food just tasted the same. Our omelette *** in the morning made the best ever. We prob would have left if not for the great staff. Gavin was also a very helpful TUI rep. Note to hotel owners: put some money into this place it could be soo good.

We have just got back from a weeks holiday at this lovely hotel. We were in room 458 which was spacious, well equipped and overlooked the gardens. The mini bar was re-stocked every couple of days and we had 4 large bottles of water daily. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The holiday was for my wife’s big birthday celebration and the staff didn’t disappoint. A special evening meal was set up for us and our room was also decorated with birthday celebrations. Our friends from England surprised us by turning up on day three to join in the celebrations. The beach is beautiful and clean and the sun beds and parasol are only a £1 each (free if you buy something from the beach bar, of which there are hundreds). All the staff at the hotel are very smart, attentive and free. But I have to mention one member by name. Deepak went above and beyond what we expected and made our holiday even more special.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Tom the violinist.. the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was overlooking the pool.. bed was so comfortable and shower was excellent.. housekeeping was great with daily changes of towels and bed linen. The restaurant served excellent food catering for all cultures and chefs show cooking every morning and night fresh food. The staff are simply the best at this hotel… special mentions to Manisha, Dora, Deepak, Sumit, Akash and Guzz our entertainment guy.. loved water aerobics and Trisha housekeeper around the pool..staff are excellent and was always impressed they remembered your names and service with a smile all day long. The beach is 2 min walk away.. fabulous. We met some fantastic friends staying here and would definitely stay here again.. weather was amazing

It is the most grubby, dirty, badly maintained hotel I have ever been to. Was advertised as 4* but it barely scrapes a 2*. So bad, I barely stayed 2 hrs before I left and spent the rest of the day looking for another hotel. I could write pages on the awful state of the place. So upset as we were really looking forward to our holiday after a tough few months.

Just spent a fantastic month at Whispering Palms Beach Resort. We have been going there for 20 years now and enjoy every visit. The staff, from the GM through to the gardeners, cleaners & bell boys are all wonderful and can't do enough for you, all helping to make an unforgettable holiday. I can honestly wholly recommend a stay at the hotel, you will be made very welcome and enjoy great food in the restaurant, drinks either poolside or in the bar. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, local shops and restaurants
