Good location, walking distance to restaurants and malls. Look out for a very cute dog every time you leave or enter the hotel.

The entrance to this place is a little hard to find a quite dodgy, however the hotel itself is very clean and modern. The room is spacious and clean, it is also very well equipped with modern facilities. The modern Japanese toilets with a really well kitted out shower was amazing. They also had the best quality in-room slippers I've ever seen. Bed was wide and spacious. The location was central and there were a lot of local snacks around. Service was also good.

The hotel itself is beautiful, staff are super helpful and the rooms are so convenient. We struggled to find the actual hotel itself but once we did we were very satisfied! It’s isn’t far from great places such as the panda breeding base! Fully recommend !

Nice hotel, very pretty and clean room, beautiful garden on the roof. The staff was friendly. There is a mall with supermarket and restaurants under the hotel, so it very good for shopping and finding place to eat. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay here was 10 out of 10, the best stay we had so far in China. Warm and helpful hospitality service provided from both the reception and cleaner team. Room and amenities were perfect, could literally stay in the hotel all day.

Pros: Great place to relax with tubs and pools. Hot tub is so relaxing. Staff are friendly. They have a wechat account so if you need anything, they are one message away. They gave my daughter a bubble toy so it startedbour vacation right. Their hot tubs are great and their tatami rooms are cozy. The location is perfect if you need groceries or you need to shop for new clothes and shoes. There is a Starbucks and McDonald's in the corner. So many great food shop.
Cons: Please update your Trip.com info because when we got there, the pool is closed but the hot tub was open.

I will kept coming back if visiting Chengdu - China, This Boutique Hotel offer the perfect rooms with different style and super cozy. Yet the Japanese Garden are the best place for family and friends gathering or couple for romantic tea time. Over 3 type of healthy whirlpools and swimming pool for ours relaxing. The staff are super kind and always ready to assist, and extra water bottle are provide at the lounge too, enjoy the free tea time in certain hours at the cozy lounge or at the gorgeous garden.
many foods station at the ground floor of Shopping Center, and easy to get around and visit the tourist destination by cap is easy too.

The room was very spacious, perfect for relaxation and had all the necessary amenities. There's also a projector upstairs to watch shows which is amazing! The outdoor chilling area was a nice environment and the hot spring was also great. Would stay here again next time I visit Chengdu! :)

Toilets are a bit old with weak flush
