Once there, the check-in process was an absolute breeze, and to my delight, they even presented me with a lovely souvenir to take back home as a memento of my stay. The hotel itself exuded a modern and tastefully decorated ambiance, which immediately caught my eye. The room numbers, designed with charming creativity, added a touch of whimsy to the experience. The bathroom featured state-of-the-art amenities, including heated seats, making it an oasis of comfort and luxury. The room was converted from a one-bedroom suite of the same model. A bed was added to the living room. It is suitable for a family of three to travel. However, the experience of this stay was really bad. Let me talk about the shortcomings first. First, when I booked, I didn't tell you that the air conditioning ducts were being cleaned during this period. I was told when I checked in at the hotel that there was a gap to clean it during this period. Of course, this is also considered as advance notice. After all, the front desk also said that if you mind, you can cancel the reservation. Second, there was a problem with the hair dryer. It was overheated and shut down before I dried my hair. I asked the cleaning staff to change it. They came quite quickly. It should have been replaced. But when they came, they insisted on talking to me, saying that their hair dryer was shut down because of overheating protection. It was normal. I have never seen such a thing. This is the first time I have seen a hair dryer that shuts down for protection before my hair is dried. Third, the floor of the bathroom was very very very very slippery after getting a little water. Note that it was just a little water. The shoes were not anti-slip. Everyone who checked in must pay attention and ask for more floor mats. Safety first. Fourth, around seven o'clock in the morning, they knocked on the door and asked me if I wanted to check out? I was completely confused. When I asked, it was not the case. Then I was told that it might be a mistake made by the front desk. Oh, this is speechless. Okay, let's talk about the advantages. The location is invincible. Renhe is downstairs, Tianfuhong is next to it, and Chunxi Road shopping district is just across the street. It is very convenient.

After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Exquisite double bed room, booked 3 nights on Ctrip, the room facilities are old, the bedding is not very comfortable, there are 2 obvious small holes on the edge of the sheets, I thought it would not affect my sleep, I did not report it to the hotel 2 days ago. I went out early and returned late every day with a group trip, until the third night of my stay. After turning off the lights, I tossed and turned and couldn’t sleep. I touched the sheets with my hands and found that the sheets were uneven. After turning on the lights, there was a big patch in the center of the bed, about 14cm*17cm in size. It was the first time in my life. An insight! ! ! No wonder it was such an uncomfortable sleep. Reported to Ctrip that although the hotel offered me some compensation, it has seriously affected my hotel experience.

Great location to be able to walk to different areas or catch the subway. Room was comfortable but a lot of noise and very thin walls. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Shower water could be hotter. Otherwise if you want a cost effective stay with good breakfast and really friendly staff then I would recommend this hotel. A lot of restaurants around it and about 1 km walk to kuanzhai alley or jinli. Where you can get amazing street food.

I visited during the golden week in October and had such a pleasant stay here at Hazens! I arrived quite late in the night and was greeted and served by very friendly young employee called Cheng who was very kind to take my request of a room facing the square as I wanted to see the flag raising ceremony on their national day. He was super professional and friendly and he made my stay so great! I do think his other female colleagues should learn from him though, they didn’t seem very happy to serve other patrons. The hotel is clean and quiet and super comfortable I had such a relaxing time despite the massive crowd in the city. Thanks Cheng for making my stay such a great one! Will recommend to my friends and be back! :)

This hotel is in a great location. Great variety of breakfast options. Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with generous snacks provided daily during our stay. Clean bathroom and amenities which includes a small item washing machine. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling in Chengdu. p.s. love the panda channel on the tv!

Overall it's a good experience for me staying here. Location is quite happening with 15-25 minutes walking distance from Chun Xi street. The room is spacious enough to put luggages for 2. Hand wash basin located outside of the bathroom so it's more convenient. There is a window to view the decorations and you can even see the window of another room's from inside, so sound proofing at that the window part is weaker. You also have to walk up some staircase to access the hotel lobby so people with wheelchair may find difficulty.
