Best Hotels in Colonie

There is parking lot and breakfast in the morning, worthy of such a cheap price! There is a Chinese supermarket ”Jiajiale Supermarket” within 5 minutes' drive, which can satisfy your Chinese stomachache

I've stayed here many times over the years. Place is showing it's age, but relatively clean/comfortable and good value. Tiny supposedly Covid related breakfast of small packaged muffins, yogurt, and juice.

OMG! If I try to be polite, I would say that this goes to the bottom top-3 hotels I've ever visited. If being honest, this is the worst hotel ever I've visited in my life. Room was not cleaned in ages, worn out is wrongly put, up keeping and maintanence was neglected brutally for years and years. Dirt on the floor, dirty table tops, filthy bathroom, writing on room's wall, hallway smelled **** really heavily, noise came to the room from all the directions, night manager was so creepy that we seriously concidered Changing the hotel during the check-in. There was no breakfest available even though it was advertised to be included. No refund of that of course. But on the upside, after seeing the place, most likely we would have not eaten anything even near the hotel. Next time I rather sleep in my car on Interstate exit ramp than even look towards this place. Shame on you, who ever you are who is running this rathole.

A road trip with my family as a kid in 70s nearly always included a HoJos. The ”vibe” of those places has been retained, but the bad art on the walls that I remember from back then has been replaced with space-age/retro decor; those big, thick curtains that acted as a wall between the room and the nearly floor-to-ceiling window is there, but now with a retro, outer-space design. I found the rich, aqua-blue color scheme calming and welcoming for a good night's sleep.

Hidden away but close to Wolf Rd shopping, dining and bars. Also very close to airport. Honestly, I wouldn’t have tried this one if I wasn’t in Wyndham Rewards. It was clean, had comfortable bed, and close to everything.

I almost exclusively stay at HIE but this was one of the most poorly managed I've encountered. Housekeeping is a joke and please don't blame the pandemic as I asked for my room to be cleaned every day but only once in four days was it serviced. On day one there was no Kleenex; on day two there were no fresh towels delivered despite calling twice; on day three the nearest elevator went out of order and the hot water for a shower was lukewarm at best; and thankfully on day four I left! There was molding falling off the walls and the heated swimming pool was heated by only the ambient air. Strongly recommend staying somewhere else. If that wasn't enough, within 12 hours of posting this review I returned to the room to find both key cards that were kept in separate locations to be de-activated. And yet another trip to the front desk and another round of apologies and excuses.

Nice hotel chain

First impression lobby clean and modern - staff very welcoming . There’s plenty to do at mall across street - but a lot also in building- basketball court - pool - and fitness center . We really liked the long hours in pool- rooms were clean with blackout curtains that helped for a good nights rest- personally no noise complaints during the night. Staff were friendly, having the Hilton app allowed for easy communication to front desk . Each room has a mini fridge microwave coffee maker . breakfast which was delicious provides variety of beverages ( coffee , hot chocolate , juice, milk, water) and breakfast food ( what topped It off was the pancake machine) with a wave of your hand get two perfectly cooked pancakes . In case you miss breakfast they have 24/7 convenience snacks / beverages/ sweets and microwaveable goodies. In short I was very impressed with my stay at Tru by Hilton and plan to stay again :)
