Royal Palm Resort on the Beach

Palm Beach|2.41km from city center
We stayed in a one bedroom on the 4th floor room 434. It had everything a couple would need for a weekly stay. Kitchen had a few pots - one large frying pan, one large pot and one smaller pot. Dishes bowls spoons forks etc were plenty. Had a toasted and an iron. Stove had 2 burners, there’s a microwave and full size refrigerator/ freezer, The bed was king size, but the mattress should be replaced sometime very soon. More than two people would be too crowded. Ramone checked us in. He was extremely efficient and very friendly. Two things I did not appreciate 1- we had to pay to park, mind you it was $10. Per Day not appropriate for guests. There was a valet, and I can see paying him if that’s what you want to do, but we chose to park our car as our beach chairs etc were in our car. 2- there was a daily charge for beach chairs.. ok.. no problem, but, if you chose to bring your own you had to be away from the paying guests and on the public side of the beach. Umbrellas were $20. Day chairs with umbrellas 30. Each. Costly…the resort had a beautiful pool, plenty of seats but as most places they fill up quickly. There was a DJ at the pool and a tiki bar for drinks and snacks. Full sized restaurant and food was good! Nightly specials and entertainment. If you choose to go out there were several restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is a spa - very fairly priced, a room where ladies played conasta and marjon. The resort is very nice and very clean!. Definitely should be on your radar!

Palm Beach Hotel

Very good pricing for accomodation stayed here more then a few times, rooms clean and being above a pub and a main road in to surfers ect: its being pretty quiet in the way of traffic and cant here to downstairs. Pretty comfortable beds and pillows to sleep on Recentely renovated bathrooms so its clean has being a time on a saturday either the cleaner was off but bathroom in a badway from the inconsidersate guests who just trashed the bathroom and was filth. Vending machines and coffee station on the reception floor which is good if in need of quick sweets and confectionary otherwise there is literally a coles across the road to the left when you go out the front door but deffiantly not short of any food and eaterys in any distances with your 7/11 up the road for a couple minute walk or a variety of indian, chinese, jacket potatos, pizza franchises ect all in a stonethrow away walking distance so your basically a prime location for it,beach is across the road for a 2 minute walk Parking is available but limited at times due to quick coles stopovers and visitis to your coffee shops or for people in the pub

One of the best views and perfectly placed in Palm Beach. A very short walk to the beach, and you can see the flags from the apartment! 180 degrees views and so close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops! Once you park your car, there is no need to use it again! We stayed in Unit 27 which is the top floor, directly at the front facing the beach. You can hear the waves crashing and it is a modern, contemporary apartment. I think it’s the best one in the complex and we will be requesting to stay here again! The Manager, Julie, is amazing. Thanks again, Beach Palms! Can’t wait to be back!

Management were very helpful. Palm Beach is centrally located to whole of the Gold Coast. Very close to Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, Currumbin Point Surf Beach and many restaurants and bars. Only gripe i have is the car park for hotel is a bit squeezy. If u have a big car like a Ram ute you'll have to park on the road

I want to stay again next time. After all, a convenient location is good. The hotel staff was very nice. The room was large and I was able to spread my luggage.
