I chose this hotel because the review was so high. Then it was worth it. We wish we could stay more but the trip was already planned then we had to go.
About service : They are welcome with hot drinks when you come, Also the sky bar is working even though it's windy and no-one is there.
Food : Restaurant on the second floor and they have everything that you need for breakfast. It's buffet
Room : Clean, big bed, city view and ocean view through the window. I just couldn't ask more, because everything was there

Booked a sea view triple room for a family of 3 and it's awesome! You get to see my khe beach with no buildings blocking.
My khe beach is also walkable within 5mins
Service was good as well, they help you to make the bed and change the towels every day

I was here’s during precovid and came back here 3 years later. I haven’t miss a beat as my stay is wonderful. Kudos to excellent service from Jamie and Daisy especially reminder of carrying the hotel umbrella during the rainy season. Delicious buffet. The only drawback is I the room cleaning service a bit slow.

Got the Ocean view 16th floor.. most stunning view all day.. I can just stay inside the hotel and have coffee in the window.. Staffs are so helpful, Ms Uyen and Ms My are very accommodating and efficient, they helped me booked a customized tour to Ba Na Hills and arranged efficiently with the driver.. The driver they booked is well trusted, he kept my valuables in his car with my laptop etc..
