Too many untrained personal, they seem willing to help, but unable due to the fact that they’re not equipped. Appears they were given uniforms and asked to perform tasks. Two towels per a family of 4, requested extra, none got delivered, absent WIFI. A genius designer came up with the idea of putting slippery tiles next to a giant swimming pool, I guess owners are not aware of the concept of Liability. No phone number to contact front desk, the one provided appears to be disconnected. Also, waited for almost an hour to check in, most of it awaiting from desk manager’s approval that we prepaid. Worst, is the amusement park, my kids paid for Karting, the first Kart, had no brakes, my nephew slammed into a wall, injured his ribs and back, front line employees, took the Kart to a garage for repairs, main guy came and denied the whole thing, refused to return money…it almost turned into a brawl. My 9 year old daughter, refused to get into a rollercoaster after witnessing an employee with a wrench in his hand trying to fix a car while rollercoaster was in motion. Again, concept of liability is absent. Stay away from this Hotel, stay away from the amusement park. Can’t speak of the water park, didn’t go and won’t. Disaster all over!
