We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The roof top is very nice with a big pool and kids pool. The room service food is nothing less of great as well! Only thing I would comment on is the bathroom is super clean but just has smell at night.

Overall, not bad, but expensive for such location in the distance from the metro and the city center. Soap liquid is not poured, toilet paper on request. For short stay is normal.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel apartments were clean and comfortable. The sofas were outdated in our apartment. I am aware there were other apartments with much nicer furniture.
The hotel is a bit far from JBR and Dubai Marina, but there was a shuttle service.
In general, I would recommend it for families

The hotel itself is fine, but the location is terrible. Taking a taxi to the nearest metro station costs 70 PLN, which is a waste of time and extra money. Breakfast is overpriced for the quality; the coffee is undrinkable, absolutely the worst. The rooms are clean, though when I booked a 'luxury room,' I expected a view other than a highway (especially since the photos looked different). Overall, I recommend choosing a hotel much closer to the metro, as you'll save time and money – a taxi for just 5 km is incredibly expensive here.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even upgraded to a room with a stunning view.
The room itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities — including high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary water, and quality toiletries — added a thoughtful touch.
I especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a delicious breakfast buffet each morning with a wide variety of options.
