Pullman properties in Dubai

The water in the hotel was undrinkable; boiling it only left a lot of scale. We had to go out and buy our own water. The environment was quite nice, and breakfast was just okay, maybe we just weren't used to the food. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Overall had an excellent stay with staff being very nice and Manisha the housekeeper doing great job in maintaining the rooms clean. Sadly fallen ill during my stay there as the aircon appears faulty. Had a musky metallic smell in room with no windows. Would need to fix facilities. The room itself was spacious however and also had station 1 min walk away. Would be nice to have bigger supermarkets nearby but food places are available closely and a mini supermarket. Convenient.

I had a great stay overall and would come back again after the renovations are completed. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me, which made me feel really welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — fresh towels and a nicely made bed. I also appreciated being allowed to check in early (with a charge), which was very helpful since I arrived early. The location is super convenient, close to the MRT and directly connected to a mall. A couple of small issues: the room was a bit dusty at first, and I wasn’t informed about the ongoing renovations. The drilling noise was quite disruptive when I was trying to rest. Overall still a very pleasant stay!

It was very great. Nice food nice location nice service and clean and exceptionally large room. Would visit again thank you.
