"The hotel is located in the old city, very close to the gate of the old city, just a few steps away.
The butler’s attitude was very nice, he prepared mint tea for us to welcome in, and at night he also introduced very affectionate restaurants that are mostly foreigners.
There is a beautiful courtyard and a restaurant, you can take nice photos, and you can overlook the city from the terrace.
The room is very clean and well-equipped. The most surprising thing is the bathroom, which can take very beautiful photos
A friend said that this is her favorite hotel so far."

"Hello! Stayed in the hotel with friends for 5 days, the room is clean, stylish. The receptionists and surf coaches are great, friendly, polite and positive. The prices are amazing. We had also breakfast included which is very nice. Besides, there is a surfschool in the hotel which good prices. We with friends were very glad to stay in the hotel, we would love to come back here, inchallah. Very recommend this hotel and surfschool here!"

"The hygiene of the room was good, but we booked a room with two beds. The distance between the two beds is so small that they feel like they are connected together. And because it is a resort hotel, there is no place to put the computer in the room, and there is no decent table. It seems like people over there don't use computers at all when they're on vacation. In addition, it took me a long time to find the charging socket. It was on the side. A small socket on the side of a tree-stump chair. The panel of the socket falls off as soon as it is plugged in. The shower room has no curtain or door."

EEkaterina SolovevaRiad left a very pleasant impression. Very successful location – near the parking, easy to find and all the necessary objects and sights were nearby. The decoration of the rooms is thoughtful and comfortable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Attention to the tiny things is noticeable in everything: from the tiny details of the interior to the care of the guests. The bed was comfortable, which guaranteed a good sleep and the plumbing worked without complaints. I also wish to mark the kind and attentive staff. Thank you.

AantoineLovely riad inside the Medina but also very close to the bus station. Decoration could be a bit updated but we definitely have the charm of a riad. I would have prefer to be able to go in and out without knocking at main the door entrance each team but I guess it’s for safety reasons. Breakfast is not crazy but not bad and in winter the turn on the fireplace wich make a very nice vibe.

LLaurie DaviesA hidden gem nestled in the heart of the old medina. The location is excellent with the main attractions only a small distance away, this hotel is perfectly situated for your trip. The staff were all lovely during my trip, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything with up to standard. The hotel was clean and well kept which was great, however the WiFI didn’t work very well in my room, cutting out regularly which was a little disappointing. All in all an excellent experience!

李李It’s okay soon, the hotel in Morocco is basically the same, and there is a small episode in the middle. We waited for the kung fu waiter in the downstairs to think that we checked out and left the things in the room, but it’s all right. Looking back, everything else is ok

GGustavo Adolfo Sánchez JiménezExcelente ubicación, habitación amplia y cómoda( frigorífico no existe ), buen desayuno buffet ( algo justo) , el baño nefasto… se salía el agua de la ducha por debajo de la puerta del mismo(… piso todo diáfano) sin cortina y todo terminaba chorreando de agua, al pagar el impuesto municipal turístico me cobraron 120 Dhm… y no 10€ como ponía en mismo reserva…. Por mucho que le enseñe la reserva ellos decían que no(… era más de 18 Dírham a favor del hotel como n respecto al cambio en las casas de cambio locales )es una cuestión que TRIP.com debe aclarar con el establecimiento, por lo demás todo bien.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel from the outside looks good the service was amazing especially all the staff behind the counter very helpful and very kind. The swimming pool was nice but the shower facilities near the swimming pool smelled horrible. The room I stayed in was decent with working TV and WiFi. If I need a towel refill and room service I requested it at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with a range of foods to pick from and a selection of drinks but no water, if you need water in your room you'd have to pay 20 dirhams for a 1.5L bottle (you can purchase 5l for 12 dirhams outside).
Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities but the customer service from the staff made up for everything else.
