This is my Nth time to go to Phoenix. I saw this hotel in December (I didn’t book it because it was too popular). This time I went with my family. Unexpectedly, I was lucky. I booked a twin room. The hotel is modern and minimalist. Style, clean environment, great! The mattress is very comfortable (I don't like very soft ones, otherwise my back will be sore when I wake up the next day). The comfort level of this one is just right. Checked in on the 2nd and 6th. It was hail and snowy weather in Hunan starting from the 3rd. It was very cold. I am very afraid of the cold. The room was fully heated. I slept well all night and slept until dawn. The location of the hotel is also super easy to find. It is right next to Nanhuali KFC. It's less than 3 meters away, and it only takes 3 minutes to enter the ancient city from the hotel. The hotel's girl, Xiaoyu, is really considerate. After talking on the phone, she came to pick us up (Thank you so much for such a cold day). She was very gentle in her words. What is particularly unforgettable to me is that because I got up too late for breakfast in the hotel (breakfast ended at 11 o'clock, we didn't get up until 10:46 😭) my niece wanted to have breakfast, and the hotel specially brought the best mixed powder and drinks. The child is very happy🌟

The room is big enough, one is 1 meter with 8 beds and the other is 1 meter with 2 beds, clean and tidy. The location is on the south street of the ancient city. The car stops at the underground parking lot of Hongqiao. You will see Hongqiao when you walk out of the underground shopping mall. It is a 10-minute walk to the inn. The owner's father is an upright and kind person. He gave us a map of the ancient city, marked the tour route and the places where the locals ate, and told us not to buy things in the small shop. I booked the Phoenix Nine Views Night Tour Project on the Internet, and it is very convenient to visit and tour with my ID card.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Fenghuang ancient town. They accepted me as a foreign guest and looked after me well, the owner met me from the bridge and walked me to the hotel. The environment of the hotel is stunning and the facilities are excellent, it's a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I booked the riverside view which was wonderful with the balcony, but you can enjoy these excellent views from the patio area even in a cheaper room. Furthermore the location is excellent, loads of good food nearby especially the Miao bing pancakes very close. Recommend anyone to stay here and I would definitely come back here.
