Awful. Dirty. Old. Nothing like the photos. Dirty pools, ants in the rooms and bathrooms in poor condition. The only good thing is the location. They also robbed us. I still can't believe that this hotel is advertised with 4 stars. Don't go, it's a scam!

Quiero dejar de manifiesto que un recepcionista de la noche de vuestro hotel me faltó el respeto señalándome que me regalaba por cómo me vestía. Increíble que aún existan hombres así No es mi amigo, ni lo conozco y me ofenda? Mis vacaciones iban perfectas hasta que su trabajador logró amárgalas gratuitamente Es vital dar a conocer estas situaciones que muchas mujeres tenemos que lidiar y la haré públicas porque no puede ser que gente así trabaje atendiendo público y se refiera así. Para la infraestructura el hotel es caro y la limpieza en general es poco pulcra

Experiencia horrível. O quarto era antigo, com as paredes cheia de mofo. Hotel todo com aspecto de sujo e mal cuidado. Precisa de alguma modernização ou reforma urgente. Tinha até formigas pequenas que só saem com dedetização. Valor pago foi caríssimo para a péssima condição do hotel. As imagens que eles mostram não chegam nem perto da realidade. Fujam deste hotel

Malisima experiencia nos robaron plata y nos tratan mal, dicen que es imposible y ya lei que le paso a otras personas. Su respuesta es que es imposible pero la plata no esta y no se hacen responsables. Me revolvieron toda la ropa y dicen que para limpiar. Lamentable. Te arruinan una vacación y no cuidan al turista. No volvemos más. El hotel se esta deteriorando cero mantención

Fuimos buscando descansos y valla que lo conseguimos El hotel limpio prolijo Todos los días hacían la limpieza de la habitación con cambio de toallas La habitación grande cómoda Excelente somier Desde el balcón teníamos vista al mar ! El personal muy atento y comprometido con el disfrute Siempre atentos a las necesidades El desayuno completo y todo rico El restaurante excelente y buen precio El servicio de playa de 10 Volveremos

O lugar, que jamais pode ser chamado de hotel, é assustador! Não se iludam com as fotos porque é propaganda enganosa e nós caímos infelizmente. Hotel totalmente deteriorado, corredores com mofo, lençóis amarelados e de péssima qualidade, piscina aquecida com cheiro de esgoto e fezes, brinquedoteca detonada, com ferros enferrujados aparentes

Lamentable. Cuesta creer que exista un hotel con atención así en un lugar tan turístico. 1. Limpieza MALISIMA.... (Los días que hubo, porque ademas nos dejaron 2 dias sin servicio) 2. Dos noches nos cortaron el agua desde las 21.00 hrs 3. Vómitos por todo el hotel 4. Las piscinas con el agua verde. 5. EL duchero exploto al tercer día (cuando vinieron arreglarlo dejaron una mugre total en el baño, nadie limpio) 6. Las ventanas no cerraban. 7. En el duchero caía agua del piso de arriba 8. Estacionamiento, por momento no daba la capacidad, generando un problema donde ir a estacionar. 9. El internet malo y la tv inexistente. Recuerden o sepan, que la playa de los ingleses, no es apta para baño. en nuestra estadia, todo el hotel se encontraba mal. entonces si no podes usar la playa, ademas llueve casi todo enero (esto no es problema del hotel), pero las instalaciones son imposibles de usar, no hay nada más que hacer que agarrar tus cosas e irte de ahi.

Horrible, lo unico bueno es el manejo de instangram que hace ver el hotel reluciente, pero es sucio, el lugar para los niños es chico y habia cucarachas, si llueve no hay realmente mucho por hacer porque el hotel esa muy lleno, las piscinas estan mal mantenidas y sucias. Todos estamos contaminados con las playas-alimentos, gente vomitando en el desayuno, la pasamos muy mal. Tampoco cuidan los alrededores, centro , no hay peatonales, autos y motos pasan rapido al lado de los niños, calles mal cuidadas y tapadas de agua sucia Tanto el hotel como varios servicios los cobran como muy buenos paro realmente son de muy baja calidad. El check in nos entregaron tarde con 3 niños chicos, y las habitaciones las hacian a las 5 PM, y caso omiso a nuestros pedidos. Nos fuimos antes y le pedimos respuesta al hotel que lo unico que dijo es de hacer un voucher cosa que no aceptamos porque no vamos a voler mas ahi, una lastima porque tiene potencial
