An sich ein ganz schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal. An der Rezeptions dauert der Check-In usw. irgendwie ganz schön lange. Beim Skilift ist man schnell, nur einen Busstop weg. Leider doch eher Massenabfertigung beim Buffet. Abendessen war ”naja”. Suppe und Salat lecker, dei Hauptspeise eher Kantinenessen - das hat leider Buffet so an sich. Das Frühstück ist schön reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Wellnessbereich eher klein geraten. 2 Saunen, das ist ok, aber leider recht wenig Liegen und auch nicht abgetrennt von den Duschen. Also so richtig entspannen kann man eher auf dem Zimmer. Wir hatten nachts einen fehlerhaften Feueralarm und standen nacht um halb 2 im Schlafanzug bei frostigen Temperaturen draußen. Leider gab es auch auf Nachfrage kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels. Wenigstens die 20€ Getränke hätten sie uns kulanterweise erlassen können. Klar, wahrscheinlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber wir auch nicht und das hat uns schon geärgert. Wir kommen nicht wieder. ------ In itself a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. At the reception, the check-in etc. somehow takes quite a long time. Your fast at the ski lift, just a bus stop away. For the size of the hotel, the wellness area is on the small side. 2 saunas, that's ok, but unfortunately very few loungers and not separated from the showers. Unfortunately, it was more of a mass processing at the buffet. Dinner was ok. Soup and salad were delicious, the main course was more like canteen food - unfortunately that's what the buffet is all about. The breakfast is rich and varied. We had a faulty fire alarm at night and stood outside at half past one in our pyjamas in freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, there was no accommodation from the hotel when asked. At least they could have waived the €20 drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Sure, it's probably not the hotel's fault, but neither can we and that annoyed us. We won't be back.

Wir haben uns am 9.2.2023 einen Vortrag im Lokalsaal des Vieh-Heli angesehen, welcher von einem Goiserer Verein veranstaltet wurde. Als gelernte bzw. ausübende Gastronomen waren wir entsetzt über die verbalen und großteils themenverfehlenden sowie ausschließlich negativen Entgleisungen gegenüber dem vom Verein eingeladenen Vortragenden, die seitens der Saalvermieter, also der Wirtsleute eingebracht oder vielmehr ausgebracht wurden. Wenn man als Gastronom einen Saal für eine Veranstaltung zur Verfügung stellt und der Veranstalter ca. 100 zu bewirtende und zahlungskräftige Gäste beibringt, soll man unserer Meinung, wenn man als Gastronom gegen den Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist, entweder sein M… halten oder die Veranstaltung schlichtweg nicht annehmen. Die Gier ist ein Hund – oder vielleicht besser für den Schnitzelerzeuger – ein Schwein. Die Frage an den Chef Vieh-Heli lautet: Wenn Ihr einem Veranstalter Euren Saal für eine Musikveranstaltung mit Jazz-Musik zur Verfügung stellt, Ihr die Bewirtung übrighabt, Euch die Jazz-Musik allerdings nicht zusagt, dreht Ihr dann volle Kanne Techno-Musik oder den Goiserer 4-Gesang über die Lautsprecher auf? Vielleicht sollte man Euch die Entgleisungen verzeihen, da Ihr Marktschreier aufgrund des eher übermäßigen und augenscheinlichen Alkoholkonsums während der Veranstaltung ggf. out-of-order ward? Uns seht Ihr jedenfalls in Eurer „Nobellokalität“ nicht wieder und wir hoffen, dass der Verein bald ein eigenes Vereinslokal aufgebaut hat, damit dieser seine künftigen Veranstaltungen nicht mehr in der Gosse von Au veranstalten muss. Da wir Euch bereits am Ende der Veranstaltung mit dieser Sache konfrontiert haben und Eurerseits keinerlei Einsicht geäußert wurde, ist es uns ein Anliegen, diese ehrliche Bewertung im Netz zu hinterlassen, so wie Ihr auf Euren Tischkarten darum bittet. Es darf einen echt nicht wundern, dass die Gastronomie im Salzkammergut bei derartigen Wirtsleuten den Bach hinuntergeht uns immer mehr in Verruf gerät! Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.

Only 6-7mins walk from the train station. Surrounded by the restaurants and cafes. Toilet and bedroom are clean. Only things to complain is the water pressure and no personal locker in room.

We spent two days in an urgent Hideaway hotel in Hallstatt with a dream view to Hallstatter Lake. One of the most beautiful stays we ever had to spend in the mountains. A true place of desire. Already at the arrival we were overwhelmed by Hallstätt with its breathtaking environment. One time, the Hallstätter Lake, embedded between roughly forested mountains, in sad green. The accommodation, directly at the foot of the Salzberg, directly at the sea promenade, but above the tourist power, a perfect mix of rustic charm and lovely Austrian romance. Uncomplicated and urgently furnished, with traditional wooden furniture, clean and small balcony with view of the painting landscape. A place for well-being and enjoy the mountain world. Exciting was experienced in the salt mining. For those whose rail is too bizarre, a walking track leads up. Great mediation of the millennium salt culture in this place. A power station the Evangelical Church in the place. The restaurant in the host houses of Hallstatt was typical of Austria. We enjoyed the stay uncommonly and we were happy to come back.

Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

The hotel is located next to the Protestant church in Hallstatt, which can be regarded as the center of the town. The size of the room is good, the tiny balcony can only sit down, but not move the body (the space is too small). It is a surprise to have a bathtub, which is not common in European four-star hotels. The waiter at the front desk is very arrogant (arrogant), and obviously ignores the guests from ************** (this is the key point). It made me very upset, and my attitude towards her was also very bad, and I was very rude to her in English (her English is terrible). The hotel is not allowed to drive in. You have to park your car in any of the parking lots from P1 to P4 in the town, and then walk to the hotel, so you have to pack your luggage in advance. Early breakfast is the general European breakfast level. I believe that people who have been to Europe many times or have life experience will be familiar with it, and they will not have any expectations. This price is obviously overestimated, and the overall cost performance is very low. You can check in at 3 pm, and you have to check out at 11 am, don't ask why.

I wish we could have stayed longer! I will absolutely be back. This darling mountain getaway is like nowhere I've ever been. From the moment I walked in I felt full of peaceful energy. Incredible detail has been put into the service and ambiance of luxury. The tranquil hideaway vibe is definitely on-point! We were on a cycling trip and arrived on bicycles. This hotel was the perfect treat to have a quick unwind during our adventure. We stayed in the mountain view rooms... WOW. I'll include pics of our panoramic mountain views! When I come back I'll stay longer to read books amongst the calm, find inspiration for writing, meditate, breathe in the luxury, hike the trails. So many attributes make this a luxury boutique hideaway. I need some self care and want to feel that peaceful energy again. The food was outstanding. They are vegan-friendly... We are not vegan and the staff prepared the most delicious beef goulash. Breakfast was above and beyond what we imagined... They cooked eggs for us made-to-order, brought us plates of fresh vegetables, sliced fruit, croissants, breads, gourmet butter, cappuccinos... I could go on and on. When I was considering to book a room in this hotel, I was in doubt about it because of some negative reviews that I read. Nevertheless, I decided to book even so, and my experience there was GREAT. I, respectfully, think that many negative comments here are unfair, as I’m going to explain while I give my perceptions about the hotel. Overview: Obertraun is a small city (approx. 800 people). The hotel is in front of the lake with a wonderful view. It provides a very helpful free bus pass to the region (Hallstatt etc). The owner is very helpful and kind. It’s a family business run with much care and respect for the guest. Check in: excellent. The time for check in is between 15:00-19:00. The management of the hotel emailed me telling me this and asking me to tell in advance if I would arrive after 19:00 because they would put the keys in a place where I could pick it. I arrived early, and I saw in the entrance of the hotel a key locker where the late guests can just put a code and pick the key. Moreover, when I booked the room in Expedia, there was also a warning about the time to check in. Therefore, it’s just a matter of the guest pay attention and contact in advance. Mr. Meinrad was very kind and attentive in the check in. Staff: I really don’t understand those who complained. The owner of the hotel is extremely kind and helpful. He was always very patient to help to advise the best places to go in the area. His wife was also very kind. It’s very clear how much they care for the hotel and do their best to receive well the guests. I think that guests also need to analyses themselves before complaining about small things and make a storm in a teacup. Location: the hotel is located in Obertraun which is a neighbor city of Hallstatt. It’s very easy to go to Hallstatt from there, and the hotel provides you free public transport in the region (bus). It is also located in front of the lake and the view is gorgeous! Bear in mind that Obertraun has approximately 800 inhabitants, so don’t go expecting to have a coffee in Starbucks etc. Even though, once again, Mr. Meinrad, very kindly, offered to prepare a coffee in the evening while he was there. There is a restaurant (I think the whole city only has two or three) near the hotel. Breakfast: with all do respect, I think some guests when travel become “breakfast Master chefs”. I always say, is the breakfast better or worst compared to the one that you have in your house? The breakfast was good! Juice, coffee, cappuccino, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt etc. If you want to have a five stars Michelin breakfast you need to be willing to pay for that. In this sense, I didn’t have any problem with the breakfast and the restaurant also has a great view of the lake and the mountains. Room: I stayed in a room with a view to the lake. I read that some other for single doesn’t have private bathroom, but it is told on the website. In my case, the room was cozy, and I liked the bed as well. The bathroom had everything ne
