I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. We stayed here for slightly less than a month and this place was a great corner of silence and peace in the middle of the bustling city centre. The staff was super friendly and ready to welcome our requests, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower is great and the position is absolutely amazing to live in downtown Guangzhou or to explore the city! A big plus was the fact that our room had a big window overlooking the garden, which was very quiet and picturesque. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend this hotel to anyone!

Advantages: Close to Canton Tower, and there are many delicious food nearby Disadvantages: The room price is 800+, the room does not come with soap as standard, you have to go to the front desk to ask for it, and the skirting boards in the room are tattered, the floor is raised, and the stool is rickety. I stayed here just to see the Canton Tower. There was a canopy bed in the room. I was very happy to have the kids, but the room facilities really didn’t match the room price. I previously stayed at Shangxiajiu Voco Hotel, a four-star hotel, which cost 1,500+ for two days, regardless of the environment or facilities. The service is much better, so this is the only time I will stay here.
