The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa

Attended a kid's birthday event (lunch & day out) on 21st December. An excellent experience. Special mention of the courteous staff attending us, and of course the property, the layout, the food, chance for kids to spend time with animals, ride a horse etc etc.

I went at westin sohna on 22nd to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday ***** with my whole family. My elderly parents were also ***** with us. We booked a villa with no pool. Our checkin time was at 3 PM and we arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. We had already requested for early checkin because we wanted to decorate the room and do a small cake cutting ceremony by the evening. At the reception we were told that our villa will be ready in 10 mins and we can wait at kids zone meanwhile. We went to the kids zone and we waited for 30 mins but no one called us to inform the room status. We reached out at reception they said the room is taking a bit longer to get ready we request you to wait for 10 mins. This same thing went on till 4:30 PM after which we got the villa. My father is 73 years old and they did not have the courtsey to even ask for refreshments or water during the wait at kids zone. My plans for 1st birthday got ruined. This was my second visit but will not visit any marriot property going fwd. I thought Marriot will live up to the hospitality standards but I didnt feel they were sorry enough for the experience they offered. Only silver lining was the food.

It was a bad experience , it’s worse than a 3 star. To mention a few things - 1. Room is shabby, unkept, dusty and dirty 2. No maintenance 3. Shower not working properly 4. Washroom another disaster with the filth and dirt all over 5. The curtains are stained and are ripping off 6. Lizard in the room 7. Expensive for no reason 8. Food is also not upto the standards. 9. Desperately needs refurbishment 10. Changing rooms for the pool was in a mess and no one to clean it

The property is so huge that one day is less to roam around entire property we took biscycle for walk and had eve snacks near the pool are and an amazing dinner and lunch in both other restraunt has amazing zoo and play area for kids rooms are huge and perfect to stay and refresh your mind near delhi ncr a must stay

We really had an amazing time at Weston Sohna. The food was delicious. Also, I forgot my Apple Watch while checking out in the room. But the staff specially Mr.Trilok Rawal ensured that the same is safely handed over to me. Overall a fun filled stay.

Good hotel for weddings , Family trip , Business Sanjana & Kirti are good In night shift with smooth chekin & hospitality , I really recommend this hotel for good hospitality & super fast service Good property for fat wedding , Really recommended to event companies for further wedding & business trip.
