The facilities are the cleanest in the same level, the room is clean and refreshing, the front desk attitude is also very friendly, and a card will be given early to suggest that passengers enter the campus with the card first. The hotel is located at the east gate of Haida, and it is very convenient to take a bus. The waiter who cleaned up the room was also very good and cleaned the room meticulously. The service of the hotel restaurant is also very friendly and friendly, cost-effective, and will definitely choose to live here next time under the same budget. Friends who are sensitive to sound may need to consider, because although the whole is quiet, it is inevitable to encounter unconscious guests or bear children. The sound insulation is indeed a little worse (compared to five-star hotels).

The location is right next to Hainan University, not far from Qilou Old Street and the night market. The front desk staff are very nice and there are small desserts delivered in the evening. I will stay here again next time I come~

Because I wanted to take my kids to Nanda Night Market with my friends, we chose a hotel close to the night market. After looking at this, it seemed to be okay, so I booked two twin rooms. There are many food shops near the hotel. The entrance feels a bit shabby when you enter it. The air freshener you spray is still too strong and smells bad. There is an elevator, and the soundproofing of the room needs to be improved. I often knock on the door from the next room and I think my friend is looking for me. The curtains in the hotel really don't block light. It's fine at night. In the morning, the room is very bright with the sun. It's too dazzling. I can't even sleep for a while. Not. At 6:30 in the morning, I thought it was 9-10 o'clock. I hope the hotel will pay attention to this. It is estimated that the walls were painted and the room was renovated not long ago. It doesn't look dirty or old. There is no dry and wet separation in the toilet. To be honest, it's not worth the price...

Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was well-stocked and maintained. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast set the tone for a great day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Haikou, Hainan was nothing short of exceptional. The convenient location, friendly and English-speaking staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious breakfast all contributed to a memorable experience. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Haikou. I look forward to returning to Hampton by Hilton on my next visit to this beautiful city.

It's in a very good location inside the arcade. There are some restaurants downstairs, which makes it convenient for eating and traveling. It's more beautiful to stroll around the arcade at night, and the Dad Tea Powder Bus is also next to it. I am really satisfied with living in this place.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

It is very suitable for a family or a few friends to travel together. The environment is very quiet, parking is convenient, and the customer service is very responsible. They personally came to the door to receive us and took us to the room after 11 o'clock in the evening.

My family is delighted to have chosen Pullman Hotel in Haikou. The hotel is located strategically close to most of the attractions. The breakfast spread is good with varieties and dinner served mostly seafood. Special shout out to Manager on duty, Joofee Xin for good attention to details and she has been constantly offer her assistance when I needed help. I will stay in Pullman again if I come to Haikou next time.

The experience is very good! ! ! There was a young lady at the front desk, I remember her name was Xiaojing, and her service attitude was super good. In the evening, there was a large balcony where you could go out and watch the sunset, which was so beautiful! The room was very clean and well-equipped. At first, I was worried that the newly opened rooms would smell. But in the end, I didn’t have to worry at all. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

I stayed for 6 nights while on vacation - my opinion may be a bit biased as my favorite color is purple ('Lavende' = lavender motif throughout the whole hotel). Staff was wonderful & accommodating despite my lack of Chinese. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and thurough. It is clear that they have remodeled recently and I hope they will eventually get to replacing the carpet in the first room I stayed in. It was readily apparent the carpet was well-maintained (and I did appreciate the pattern & purple motif), for as worn as it was. The second room I stayed in was recently remodeled and wonderful. I would suggest for anyone staying here, I would suggest a room on the 8th floor or above so you might enjoy a city view of Haikou.
