I booked a spacious room for only 450k VND/night, and late check-out was 50k VND/hour. The receptionist was super friendly, and the security guard was nice. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. Even though there was road construction, I walked, so I still had a shortcut. It's within walking distance to the food area on Le Loi street and Luong Van Can market. There's also a pretty good snail stall near the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement is the guest rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. There’s a noticeable contrast between the modern appearance of the hotel and the older style of the rooms. That said, the room was comfortable. The bed was great, the shower worked well, housekeeping was reliable, and I had no issues during my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options that were consistent every morning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large and well-maintained, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

I was surprised at how good this hotel was as it was quite cheap but had everything I could want, even an induction hotplate and a pan to cook in. The location was perfect, in a quiet lane near everywhere I wanted to go, near a park and lake, round the corner from the opera house, and within easy walking distance from the station. Next door is a terrific crab soup restaurant. I loved Haiphong and enjoyed staying in the Eastern hotel.

The room is small, but the space is well organized. It has a desk, a kettle, and a fridge. The furniture is new and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful and not too noisy. Unfortunately, there's no window, but that was clear when booking and reflected in the price. What's much worse is the massive construction going on right next to the hotel. The road is completely blocked, so you have to take a big detour to get to the hotel from the train station. Because of this, I gave a one-star rating for the location.

The room was clean, and breakfast was decent. If you don't want to go out, you can also eat on the first floor. There's a small pool on the rooftop. The TV was also high-definition.

Super addition Emm Attic one thing is that it is super comfortable and convenient when it's too close to the center of Hai Phong! Tks Emm Attic gave me wonderful nights in Hai Phong with my first solo trip with many lovely experiences

This homestay is located in the center of Haiphong, not far from the train station, and the bus is also very convenient. The room is very quiet, not far from the market, and it is very convenient to eat and take the bus. There are various food stores downstairs

This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. The biggest plus is that it's clean and smells nice. It's quiet and private (because there's no reception or anyone watching). The price is reasonable. The downsides: The water wasn't hot enough for a shower in the evening. Also, if you rent a car or check out and want to store your luggage, it has to be left outside, which doesn't feel very secure, though the security seems to be okay.
