We had an interior room with no outside window and it was actually amazing. We slept the best we have slept the 2 weeks we have been here. We were on the top floor and heard a thunderstorm at night which was nice ambient noise to help us back to sleep when we woke up. It was a great one night stop on our way from Da Nang to Ha Long

Another great stay at the Wink hotel. Staff are phenomenal and very welcome and warm. A joy to be around as they make you feel at home. Definitely 5 star service from all members of the hotel staff. Had the opportunity to meet one of the managers of that location and he is very easy to talk to and very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future to anybody travelling to Vietnam Hai Phong. 

The room was clean and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The hotel and room design is a bit unique, reminiscent of '90s chic, but that's not a big deal. The location is a bit off the main streets, but the area itself is fine. I was happy with everything.

The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience!

The biggest plus is that it's clean and smells nice. It's quiet and private (because there's no reception or anyone watching). The price is reasonable. The downsides: The water wasn't hot enough for a shower in the evening. Also, if you rent a car or check out and want to store your luggage, it has to be left outside, which doesn't feel very secure, though the security seems to be okay.

Pros: - Super friendly staff - Quiet and comfortable location near Vincom center- - Easy to get anywhere by motorbike - Has microwave, washing machine and refrigerator - Many restaurants nearby - Convenience store hi just a block away Cons: - No elevator from first to second floor, if you have a large luggage will to carry to second floor - wifi not working the first 3 nights and start to work on the last night of my stay

Great experience staying here! Came with my parents and I and we really enjoyed our stay! This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. It was very clean and well maintained. Additionally the staff, we’re all attentive and helpful. Would come back again! Thanks, Khanh for your support during our stay !

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Place was superficially clean but still had quite a bit of mold around the shower. Not sure why it’s so hard to take a little bleach and make sure it’s at least visibly clean. Not really a problem for a guy but my partner did not appreciate it very much. I probably will be looking for different accommodations if I need them again.

Lovely hotel with modern amenities, clean and safe, with attentive staff, in a very nice area. Not centrally located, so you'll need a a Grab or Bolt car to get you there. Very near is a huge supermarket. Recommended!
