We were upgraded, thank you so much for your understanding. 🤝 The bed in the second room also creaked, but less and was more comfortable. The view from the window is certainly charming; there's not much traffic in front of the hotel."

"Great stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed. One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on."
