It is a very suitable hotel for anyone to stay together. This time I chose two days and one night including breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff are very friendly The restaurant is a buffet style with many styles and is well worth a try There are public hot spring facilities and saunas. If you need a private hot spring, you can make a reservation in advance for extra money. The cost is not too expensive (remember to buy a bottle of milk after soaking in the hot spring) There is also a hot spring park nearby for fun, but I was too busy to visit it this time. There are many places to check in, and friends who like to check in and take photos are highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

We used the Fuji Hakone pass and will have to stay one night in the Hakone area. We picked this hotel because it’s right next to the Gora station and later on we also found out that the bus stop to take the bus to Fuji area was just next to the hotel. They helped us to keep our luggage before we went further to Owakudani and Lake Ashi. Food is fantastic. We have dinner and breakfast at the common dining area. They didn’t offer free drinks like other onsen hotels might do. We stayed at the room with outdoor bath and found out later before the trip that the water is not real onsen water but regular water. However, with the location, this is unbeatable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is just a few minutes walk to the Hakone shrine and tori gate on the water and about 15 minutes walk to the town by the water. From the town you can catch the pirate ship or ferry to the base of the cable car and head up the mountain to other attractions. The hotel grounds are lovely and full of pathways lined with Rhododendrum. The rooms are a great size and all have a view of the lake. I stayed on the third floor and in my opinion rooms on the third and fourth floors have a better view but the second floor rooms have a balcony and the first floor rooms have patios. The hotel provides yukatas and all toiletries you might need. The hotel onsen is small but nice and also has an outdoor bath. The hotel spa is very relaxing with a variety of services. I did not have dinner at the property but breakfast was very good. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and I prefer some thing softer but that is a personal preference.

The location is very good, 2 minutes from the station. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a hot spring♨. There is a very interesting ancient street downstairs with a variety of food. There is a restaurant with fried pork cutlet and rice that is particularly delicious. The breakfast buffet in Shadian is also good. It's very rich and the waiter's attitude is okay. If you are visiting Japan for more than a few days you must have a Ryokan on your bucket list – here we were greeted with a traditional tes reception and departed with memorable gifts – our room was full on Japanese down to the futons and the miniature table and chairs – there was an open veranda with a private onsen (built for two hot spring pool) – great for early morning wakeup and relaxation before sleeping – the food was divine – the table spread with many dishes of delicious offerings – I can’t say enough here – the Ryokan was established 140 years ago and served travellers on the dusty road to Tokyo – there are still some of the original rooms preserved – a large public onsen (study the etiquette before taking a dip) and a sizable garden to wander around and work off the breakfast – we were there for four nights in an area full of places to go and see and I regret we did not use some of the time to just relax and enjoy the experience – as you can see we loved this place – if there was a six I would gladly give it.

It was obvious from arrival that this hotel is brilliantly managed. In a clean and beautifully decorated reception area we were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Our room was spotless, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and everything you could possibly need, even including bilingual TV!! I think the view improves the higher the floor, so aim for the highest of the twelve levels you can get! We were only able to stay one night, so couldn’t experience all of the countless facilities, but we absolutely loved the amazing and Brilliantly designed Bade centre with its beautiful swimming pool complex, impressive fitness centre and hot spring baths!! We had sunny but cool weather but swam outdoors in the heated pool area!! Brilliant!! There is a lounge area that serves a variety of food with specialities and themes. It’s very nice and has a well stocked bar, but it isn’t cheap!! Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, but “expensive”!! The buffet dinner though is good value with a wide range of tasty international dishes to suit all tastes! Go to the buffet for dinner!! The breakfast too was international and delicious. The dining room service was unbelievably friendly, thoughtful and professional!! Have no worries about choosing this hotel!

I stayed at tiger no Yu for the first time. Despite Saturday nights, it was a reasonable price setting, so it was a high reputation, but I didn't expect much. I couldn't tell you whether it was a place, but it was a moderate frost, and it was the best choice to eat it with shab shab. You can enjoy the sweetness and taste of the meat without getting tired. However, it may be because I replaced meat when I began to swell, but the meat that I replaced a little bit smelled more subtle than the sweetness of meat than the first meat, and I thought ”eh” for a moment. I added ponvinegar and asagi, but my wife didn't notice it, so it may be my temper. The dessert vanilla ice cream is thick and the mix berry sauce is handmade? Is it, it was very delicious and enjoyed until the end. In general, it was a look, taste, volume and a very satisfying dinner in oneself. Breakfast is cute in appearance, but it seems that I arranged almost the thing that was made, and there is not much handmade feeling. The hot tofu and shake were warm. I think the customer service attitude is good, but I feel the shortage of personnel at meals. I think it is different if I use it on weekdays because this day is full. I think it is not possible to use this inn at this accommodation because I reduced the labor cost and the service. It is helpful to be able to stay at this content at this price in Sengokuhara.

If you take the bus, you must go to Tianyou. Although it is a 600-meter walk from Xiaochong Garden, the slope is really steep. The hotel has a bus to and from Gora. The earliest bus is 9:23 and the last bus back is 16:45. Get off and go through the tunnel to Gora Station. The room is large, but there are caterpillars hanging on the ceiling, and insects similar to bees are also seen. A large spider is seen in the bathhouse. There are many bugs in the mountains and it is unavoidable, but you still need to pay attention to cleaning. The front desk taught me how to heat hot water in the bathroom, but it didn't work. If you go to the bathhouse to soak in the hot springs, the hot water in the room doesn't matter. There are bathhouses in the east and west buildings, and the usage hours are different. There are no people every time I go there, and it feels good to reserve the baths.

The hardware of the hotel is good, but it is very expensive on the day of watching the fireworks. The price is more than 2,000 per night, but it is not easy to get a room. What I'm speechless about is that the automatic check-in process is so terrible. I spent a full 40 minutes in front of my iPad. The operator didn't understand Chinese or English and couldn't understand. He had to write down his identity information and his domestic address. Everything had to be video-recorded with the operator. Make sure I am myself before I will send you a room password. This is the first time in my life to experience such a stay. There weren't any waiters in the hotel, but luckily it was not easy to get it done in the end.
