Hotels with Breakfast in Hanoi

Central location, attentive personnel, well equipped apartment, good breakfast with variety of dishes and freshly made juice. An outdoor pool (not heated), play area and gym. Overall good value.

The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

Great location. Walking distance to every local checkout place in the old town. The hotel was full of lovely Vietnamese art pieces. Room was clean, nice swimming pool and the library with a terrace. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Score 11/10! Very good experience that over my expectation! The most impressive part of the whole stay would be the sincere service from the front desk! From the very beginning their service would surprised you~ the Doorman welcomes you with a very good smile and help you deal with luggages. Welcome drinks serve while waiting for the check-in. After that a very handsome front-desk officer--Yu, help us introduce nearly every attraction of Ha Noi and famous restaurants as well. Sincerely thanks to Yu's kindness and assistance(also free room upgrade~). Also the infrastructure of the hotel is satisflying, from the roof bar, you can see the sword lake and also the most central view of old quarter. Breakfast with nearly 5-star standards. Highly recommend for tourists visiting old quarter!

Nice hotel with great view of the big lake. But, it is too far to the old quarter and need to take cab to close to the old quarter for tour bus to pick up.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

The hotel staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but good. The hotel was considerate enough to accommodate our request for change of booking dates due to travel plan changes because of the storm. They assisted us in booking a ride from the airport, and to and from the incense village. Correct choice in our hotel selection!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, and the tourist sites. The food good. We would definitely stay there again.

It was my first time traveling to Vietnam. There were many things I was not used to. The most gratifying thing was that I stayed at Capella. The theme concept runs through every detail. Good design is pleasing to the eye. It was also nice to be in a daze in the hotel every day. It was indeed a bit noisy, but the service and design made me turn a blind eye.

Nice hotel at the heart of Hanoi. It's a bit small but really clean & located in the Old Quarter so you can find some good restaurants & delicious local food within walking distance. Staff are friendly & helpful. Would love to stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future.
