This luxury hotel is conveniently located near Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it easy to get to all of Harbin's attractions. The hotel breakfast is excellent and varied. We were a family of three traveling together, and the catering manager, Jenny (Huang Yanhua), was incredibly polite and welcoming! She even specially prepared a customized yogurt for our child.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was rich and delicious, with fruits and pastries, and they even had health-preserving porridge in the evening – simply amazing. Every staff member, from the front desk to the bellhops, housekeeping, and catering, was warm, polite, and made me feel right at home. The view was also exceptionally good. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is very close to all the city attractions, and the subway is less than a hundred meters away. The only thing missing is a TV that can cast to. There's a humidifier in the room; remember to turn it on! The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, and the winter melon tea at the front desk is delicious. When I checked out, the staff were also very warm and even helped me carry my luggage all the way to the car. That's a huge plus!

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit dry; it would be great if a humidifier could be placed on the nightstand.
Facilities: Very complete.
Hygiene: Clean.
Service: Excellent.
The staff at the 24-hour self-service laundry room were also very responsible; they even delivered our clothes directly to our room after washing.
