The room is very big. The heater can make it very hot, but the temperature is uneven. The second floor is too hot, and the first floor is too cold. The stairs are very steep and there are no handrails, which is not convenient for the elderly and people with mobility problems. There is only one toilet. If you sleep on the second floor, you need to be extra careful when going to the toilet at night. The environment is beautiful. The dinner food is simple. The family bathroom is great, with an open-air bath in the snow.

The room type with open-air bath is really beyond expectation. In fact, the service is also very good. Basically, there are Japanese guests, and occasionally there are a few ********* guests. The waiters here do not speak Chinese, and simple English is no problem. The hotel has free shuttle buses to several scenic spots (but the frequency is very small). The hotel is actually not very convenient to go anywhere. It is suitable for people who travel by car, or for simple vacation. If you don’t go to scenic spots to check in during the day, it’s really a good choice. The public soup and the private soup in the room are great, and the scenery is super good. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very clean and tidy, and the experience is very good 👍. Breakfast (buffet) and dinner (set meal) are mainly Japanese, which Chinese people may not be used to. The taste of dinner is OK, very rich. The steamed eel rice is especially delicious.

The cottage I stayed in was great for group travelers to cook and the cypress tree felt really nice. The view from the outdoor hot spring was amazing!
