The tatami room was nice and clean, but the fan of the aircon aims directly at the bed, so it’s a bit breezy at night. Other than that it’s great

I would recommend AKI to anyone looking for a getaway. The hotel staff are friendly and will help with anything g that you need (special requests are also accepted) the room itself was amazing, it’s not your conventional hotel room. It was clean and well lit. The views are what sells it. Overall I was extremely happy and will be back.

Was thoroughly impressed. The location is excellent, just one station away from Tongluowan, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The interior of the hotel is beautifully designed with a minimalist Muji style. The clean lines, natural materials, and soothing colors create a calm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.The hospitality at this hotel is outstanding. The staff are friendly and attentive, with special mention to hotel and the staff who name Nicole, who generously upgraded my room for free, and she is so friendly. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel to tourists looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The combination of great location and exceptional service makes it a fantastic choice.

My stay at the M Gallery AKI was very positive. The hotel is new and centrally located. I am an architect and was pleasantly surprised by the design quality of the interiors, lobby and the room. Nicole at the front desk was very professional and upgraded me to a corner "tatami-room" which was wonderful. The room had windows to three directions and nice overall layout and design. The room is compact (like hotel rooms typically are in Hong Kong), but arranged functionally with a couple of sliding walls so that everything works well. The whiskey bar at the top of the building was also nice. The price is very good for what the hotel offers. Overall it was a good stay, I will return to this hotel again.

The hotel is clean and connected from exhibition centre MTR station. Easy to travel around if you are staying near to MTR. Check in and check out process is quick too. If you bring large size luggage you will need to find a space to open up the luggage

Very clean and hotel is well located, walking distance to HKCEC. The gym is slightly smaller so try to avoid the peak period. Staff are friendly and nice room renovation

The hotel is so new and clean. It’s well located in the area of wanchai and central of Hong Kong

The hotel is located in Wan Chai with great accessibility to public transportation facilities. The room itself is quite “compact” but it’s not a downside of it, instead the room is very comfortable to stay. The best part of my stay comes to the hotel service, the front desk personals were very helpful and performed outstanding service throughout my stay. I forgot to bring my charging cord with me and the lady immediately helped me with it. It’s definitely the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in Hong Kong.

The staff very friendly specially Chilly and Michelle. They are super helpful. I will back to stay with you guys🥰🥰
