The impressive lobby sets the tone for this majestic hotel perched on the banks of Fortress Hill overlooking the harbor. The views are spectacular from every floor but the Cafe on the top has a significant wow factor. Hotel rates were reasonable and very competitive to neighboring hotels. Great sized room with a massive bath/ shower combo. Only slight disappointment was the breakfast which didn't nearly match the class of this hotel, I found the staff in the Harbour Grand Cafe annoying totally lacking any quality service experience. The breakfast buffet range was limited and poorly presented. This area needs a complete makeover of staff, atmosphere and kitchen. The overall experience was fantastic and would stay here again.

4day stay for family trip. one suite room for 3 people with access to club lounge. breakfast was good with variety of food. room was spacious with a separate living room and second toilet. all this was offered at a competitive price. would recommend to someone considering a big room or two rooms at other 5 star hotel.

Conveniently located near Fashion Walk, Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR, this hotel made our Hong Kong trip extra enjoyable. Check-in was smooth. Deposit required, 500HKD per night or up to 2000 HKD. Executive lounge, housekeeping and room service staff were friendly and welcoming. Room is clean with great view. View from the rooftop is amazing too. If you’re planning to go on a Big Bus tour, one of the route stops directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at The Park Lane the next time we’re on HK :)

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience. Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence. The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

I was staying in room 2405, after I left the hotel yesterday morning I realized I left my mom’s wedding ring in the bathroom basin counter. When I came back in the evening, the cleaning lady had put the ring on the night table. I really appreciated her honesty and the well trained staff.

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it's evident by all accounts that it's 3-stars at best. The swimming pool is under construction, the furniture is really old, windows are dirty. There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable. The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking. Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

Hotel is at quite a good location, with malls and shops nearby. In 2 mins walking distance to nearest MTR station and bus interchange. 5 mins walk to nearest Tram stop. Convenient for get to places with the easy access to transport. Room is abit small though but is clean and comfortable. Could see abit of the sea view. Love the breakfast. Will probably stay here again.

Amenities given in room preset is only 2 toothbrushes and a shower hat. No shaving set. No comb. Etc. as I tried called housekeeping. Phone rang king time no reply. Tried to borrow a charging cable. Not able to rent one. Had to pay for charging bank at charge spot. No make up room even for two night stays. As I was trying to turn on the TV The remote don’t work. As I open the power bank. There was no battery inside. Called housekeeping. Took 30 mins to arrive room and end up wrong batteries given. But she brought Sapir remote to try on. Replace battery inside the original remote. The TV still won’t turn on. Overall a bit disappointed. Breakfast options was very little as well.

Great hotel not far from restaurants and the metro. It is a perfect location for the Pier as well since we had to be there for an event the next day. It wasn’t easy to find a taxi early morning. They offer a nice breakfast buffet for 132HKD. Rainfall shower, which was nice and warm. We had an amazing view from our room. I do wish checkout could be 12p but hey it was all good. Easy check in and out process. Great access to where we needed to be on our day two as well!

The was really one of its own kind for its minimalistic decoration. I had been concerned the service provided by the hotel because it's was too impressive in terms of its appearance but much to my surprise, the staff members with whom I interacted with were all polite and friendly, at the same time providing quality service.

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

This time I was visiting alone and I really enjoyed my short stay. The room was really excellent and had everything I needed. The service is fantastic and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Its twin room is spacious enough but l would suggest to have more ‘ hangers ‘ and sharper disposable razer. Lots of restaurants nearby and all sorts of transportation vehicles are available. l rate this hotel 8 out of 10. You will not be disappointed

I had a short trip to HK and travelled cheap This hotel provided the basics which I needed. The location is good I stayed in room 1307/ standard double room for 5 nights. The stand out point of the hotel was the service, the guy at reception Andy should be commended on his great services ensuring everything is okay with his clients. If you're a solo traveller looking for a cheap place to sleep around the North point area of HK this is a good start. Shout out to Andy😬

Check out is earlier than other hotels @ 11am. Room is rather small but functional and good for 1 person. Hotel is new and clean. Staff at the reception are friendly. Unable to sleep as the aircon is very noisy and somehow the pillows are either too hard or too soft. Toilet is very very small and difficult to move around. They have cups but not tea spoons. Requested for it but they don’t supply. Location so-so, among residence and wet market.
