The service of this hotel is good because they provide the free shuttle bus so that you can take it conveniently, just book this service in advance. Moreover, the room is clean, no need to worry about it. Recommend this hotel for anyone who want to stay close to the airport.

Pros: Very convenient for getting to the airport. There's a convenience store downstairs and many more restaurants than before. It has a balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. Cons: The price was double the usual rate because it was a weekend. The bed placement is awkward, making it difficult to fully use the hidden table in the cabinet and the clothes rack.

Although I booked this last minute, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! From Incheon Airport, it was only about two or three subway stops to Unseo Station. Once I exited the subway, it was quite easy to find the hotel. Right across from the main entrance there's a convenience store, which was very handy. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport; just let the front desk know when you check in, and they'll book it for you for 4000 KRW. The shuttle takes about 13 minutes to reach the airport.

Excellent! You just type your name into the machine, and your room key pops out. It's a completely self-service check-in, like a 24-hour convenience store. It's only a five-minute walk to the subway station, and Incheon International Airport is just 26 minutes away.

The room was okay and the location was good, but the front desk lady had a terrible attitude. She was nice to me at first, but as soon as she saw my passport, her face dropped and she started giving me dirty looks. She asked for a 100,000 deposit for check-in, and when I said I didn't have enough cash or my card with me, she rolled her eyes. Then she just gave me the room key. There was no mention of a deposit in the booking information; if there had been, I would have prepared for it in advance.

Booked this hotel for an early flight the next day, and it was the best decision. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The best feature is their free airport shuttle. The earliest bus is at 5:00 AM, and they advise you to wait outside the entrance 5 minutes beforehand. For my 7:50 AM flight, this was perfectly timed. I arrived at the terminal with plenty of time to check in without any stress. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hassle-free morning before an early departure from Incheon!

I was torn between this hotel and Inspire, but ultimately chose this one because it offers a sauna for adults. The service was excellent in all aspects, and it was very convenient. The hotel even provided a map that was easy to understand. The mall attached to it was also great. We arrived at 2 PM, just in time to catch a lobby performance. Paradise City is definitely worth visiting, I highly recommend it. The hotel truly is beautiful as I experienced it. I'd come back here again if I have the chance. I still haven't been to Inspire.

I stayed here for one night before heading to Incheon Airport the next day. It's quite clean and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's right next to the subway station, which makes getting to the airport by subway very convenient the next day. Plus, Lotte and Olive Young are also close by.

The location is super convenient, surrounded by shops, convenience stores, and even an OYO. It's also very close to the subway station. I even fell in love with their shower head! Plus, I could watch Korean variety shows, and card access made it very convenient.

Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
