The shuttle bus was 15 minutes late arriving at the airport. And I have to pay for early admission to my room. But otherwise it is a good hotel, with residence rooms where you can cook your own food. The kitchen has a big fridge, a microwave, a cook top, pots and pans and cutlery. There is no salt or oil but there is a big supermarket just across the street. I need to cook my special meals due to medical issues and this hotel is perfect for me. There is also an Olive Young store right next to the hotel and a bigger Olive Young not far, where you can shop Korean skincare products. There are also a lot of restaurants outside and inside the hotel. The hotel owners are a couple, very nice and helpful, especially the lady. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide disposable hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and hand towels. However, there are no disposable slippers. They do provide two bottles of water. It's quite clean, and the self check-in is very convenient. You can also book a taxi.

Facilities: I finally managed to book a transit hotel in Seoul after trying for ages, it's really hard to get a room! I booked it past 1 AM. The hotel is located past security, above gate 252. It's a standard capsule hotel. Small but has everything you need. For a transit hotel, being able to stay overnight without going through security is the most important thing. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are also standard phone charging ports.
Cleanliness: Generally okay. The bedding was definitely new. However, I did see some debris in the bathroom, and there were silverfish in the room.
Environment: Soundproofing is mediocre. You can hear noises from the hallway. There are many restaurants outside the hotel, so dining is convenient.
Service: No major complaints. There was only one person at the front desk. We booked a twin room, but they gave us a king room. We were eager to rest, so we didn't bother changing rooms.

Overall, this hotel was average. It was acceptable for a short stay, but there were a few inconveniences.
The air-conditioning had some issues and did not function very well, which made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean, and cleanliness seemed acceptable.
Some basic amenities were not provided, such as toothbrushes, which had to be purchased separately. This felt a bit inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay.
Most instructions and signage were in Korean only, which made things less clear for foreign guests, but we managed eventually.
One important point is that WeFeel should clearly provide both an English address and a Korean address. When we used Uber from the city area, the location was confusing and made it feel like we were heading into a very remote area. This could easily worry first-time visitors, so clearer address information would be very helpful.
Facilities were basic and nothing special. Overall, the hotel is manageable but quite ordinary, with room for improvement in guest convenience and clarity.

This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again

Pros: Stunning sea views right outside the window, and the double-glazed windows offer peace of mind. A commercial street is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby (some even famous from TV shows). In the evenings, you can enjoy live singing by the sea and even buy and set off fireworks. Two convenience stores downstairs are very handy, and there's a small park from which you can stroll down to the beach. Spending the afternoon exploring the park and heading to the beach (though the sand isn't particularly impressive) followed by an evening stroll along the seaside after dinner truly gives you the feeling of staying in a charming little seaside town.
Cons: The shower lacks a proper door, so water easily splashes out into the rest of the bathroom. The place isn't particularly new; the sofa had visible stains. Our family room only had space to open two suitcases; we had to take the third one out to the balcony. Getting to the subway station isn't very convenient; it's best to take an Uber, which costs a little over 100,000 (local currency units) for a ride to the subway station, making it quite pricey.
Recommendation: I would recommend this place if you're specifically visiting this area for an overnight stay. However, if you plan to use the subway to explore other areas and then return here, it's not ideal.

ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport — Transit stay review
✅ Good for short layovers / overnight transit
• Very close to Incheon International Airport
• Shuttle bus convenient and on time
• Clean, modern rooms, efficient check-in
• Quiet enough for proper rest between flights
🤔 Not ideal if you expect comfort or space
• Rooms are compact, very “functional”
• Limited amenities compared to full-service hotels
• More practical than cozy
Best use case:
Sleep, shower, reset, catch the next flight.
Bottom line:
Not a destination hotel, but an excellent transit hotel.
If your goal is rest and efficiency — it does the job well.

This place is just two subway stops from Incheon. It's about a five-minute walk to the subway station. It's like a small apartment, with everything you need, and the space is decent. I think it's great. A taxi from Incheon Airport around midnight cost me about 100 [currency, e.g., won/yuan].

This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's.
I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation.
First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall.
The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement.
The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing.
I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations.
*The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out.

TToudingxiaowuyaAn excellent stay at Paradise Hotel Seoul. The spa and jjimjilbang facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The sauna experience alone is worth the visit. Service was professional and attentive throughout, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

CChuchadeyeRight next to Unseo subway station, with plenty of restaurants around, a small Lotte Super, and Olive Young. It's suitable for a layover in Incheon. If you have more time, you could definitely stay in Songdo or Incheon city center, as a taxi only costs about 100 RMB. The room has underfloor heating, which makes it incredibly warm, so cozy! There's a free Western breakfast with bread, milk, juice, coffee, cheese, jam, cereal, and eggs.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a concert at Inspire. It was great to have someone who could speak Japanese. Even those who couldn't speak Japanese were very kind and helpful. As I rely on a car for daily life, walking to Inspire would have been a bit difficult for me, but they called a taxi, and also mentioned that there's a bus. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was a plus.

YYouzoudeboyI found it to be pretty good. This was my first time staying at a hotel in Seoul. I did a lot of research beforehand. I originally planned to visit the Seoul National University International Exchange Center, which is why I booked this hotel. The total cost was around 470 RMB. I didn't calculate it in Korean Won, but if 1 RMB is roughly 200 Won, then that would be 470 multiplied by 200. The people in the bustling areas of Seoul are all so beautiful, like movie stars. My room had a microwave and a computer. However, I wasn't quite sure how to use the air conditioning and underfloor heating in Korea. So, I asked the front desk for help. I used a translation app to communicate with the staff, and they used one too. Overall, it was a decent experience.

HHorin_ShuThe room was nice, located in a building similar to a dorm, right next to the Grand Hyatt. The room was clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities. The owner sent the room number and door code via email and Trip.com in advance. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is great for picking up essentials. Transportation is also very convenient, with a free shuttle bus available from Terminal 1, Gate 3 or Gate 12 on the 3rd floor. The timetable I photographed is for Gate 3. If you board at Gate 12, just add one minute to the times shown on the schedule. I left very early in the morning, so I used the Uber app to get a taxi to the airport. Both the bus and a taxi only take about 10 minutes to reach the airport.

GGuest UserAs a family of four, we made a late afternoon booking. Perhaps due to this or a slight oversight in the booking details, the bedding provided was insufficient. However, when we informed the staff, they quickly provided additional bedding. The TV was glitchy and kept cutting out; as it was late at night, we simply reported it and didn't end up watching it. Overall, the facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly.

GGuest UserI over think writing reviews, but here goes. If you just want a quick one, it was ok or fine, not great but not bad either.
The rest of the story…..check in was nice and friendly, but very little English if needed, but it’s check in. None was needed. Haha. The room I had was small but all I needed. I just needed a place to stay for a long layover. I was exhausted so just slept, but there did appear to be a few local restaurants available. There is a 24 hour mart right in front of the hotel, but leaving at 5am there were no lights on so not sure if its really 24 hour. There was a sign that said no shuttle on the weekends, so I ended up getting a taxi. I didn’t check first, but it might have been available but just be aware. The beach is a short walk if you want to stretch your legs a bit. The pillows were firm, but it was fine for me.

TTada001The landlady is delicate, enthusiastic and kind. The child had a small wound and was very careful to give cotton balls and alcohol. The hotel is neat, clean and quiet. The restaurant at the crossroads downhill is delicious.
