A very nice hotel, everything is clean and all the staff there provided lovely service, helped us booked a taxi in the late evening for the next day at 5am so we can head to the airport with ease. They were honest and helped us so we don’t get scammed by taxi drivers. The pick up they called was the same price as a taxi but a better bigger much more comfortable 7 seated car for just us two persons.

The location is particularly good. It is in a back alley, just a few dozen meters away from the bustling district. The B1 subway and T1 light rail are nearby. The room facilities are new, I personally feel satisfied with the breakfast, and the service is impeccable. What I feel is insufficient is that the room is not large. I chose a 30-square-meter room. In fact, half of it is a balcony. It is a bit cramped for two people to live in the room. The balcony is large enough and comfortable. Unfortunately, it has been raining for days. The advantage of the balcony Big reduction. All in all it's a pretty good hotel!

Very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are great and comfortable. It feels like a 5-star hotel of European and American standards. It is walking distance to most main attractions. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We would stay here again if we ever came back to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet while it sits very close to Sirkeci main road and tram stop. excellent location for walking around. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Umit and the lady at breakfast. The rooms are cozy, well designed with very comfortable beds and perfectly working AC ;) excellent value for money. highly recommended.

There is nothing bad that can be said about this hotel - clean, modern, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The staff - Jam and the rest of the team - are certainly among the best we have ever encountered. Very friendly, extremely helpful and courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic time here, and if you are thinking of booking this hotel you will not be disappointed. Absolutely excellent!!!!

Super nice hotel in a great location. Close to transit so you can easily go to the European or Anatolian side while also close to the haigasofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, etc. there are also a lot of cute stationary art stores around this area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable for someone who normally has back issues while travelling! And to top it off, they have a really good free breakfast with traditional Turkish mezes. Loved it here! Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel for such a wonderful stay and your warm hospitality!
