Located near Airport and very convenient to access the city and restaurants around. Lotte duty free mall is in same buildings.
Reception could be more friendly towards guests instead of being robots just doing their job without any smile and welcoming feeling. Also if you ask them any query reply will not be so friendly.
Jeju Lotte city experience was completely opposite to Seoul Lotte city hotel. Seoul team was awesome in hospitality. Jeju team doesn’t care.

Love the hotel. The space is considerably big for us. I love the cleanliness of the room and the stunning view of the mountain! They have amenities such as coin laundry as well. The only downside is that the choices for the 7-11 was rather limited.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

It was not to expectation comparing to its price. For me of if I go to Jeju island again I would select another. Despite the fact that it has good view and modern.

Close to the airport (around 15mins bus ride) and gift shops can be found in this neighbourhood! Helpful staff with welcoming smile levels up the service.

Hotel’s location is quite good. Room is clean and nice. The only issue is the wind noise from the window in ocean view type of room.
