The hygiene was average (according to my experiences in China’s hotel). The check-in location was difficult to find! You may require to ask the people around there to find it out and they don’t speak English. There was stuff member knock the door around 11am of checking out date. The electrical plug in that is closest to the bed was broken.

Very nice room, people are so helpful. Friendly and is willing to any time. It is walking distance to the night market. The river view is amazing, very nice to have a cup of coffee on the balcony. Swimming on the 5th floor is also nice to go and chill in the hot weather.

Share your real check-in experience, hoping it can be a reference for future guests to make choices. 1. The price of 480 yuan does not seek high-end, but only clean and hygienic. The result is not tidy, I would like to describe it as a bit shabby, too cold. When you walk into a room, it is surrounded by walls and the bed is on three sides. The wall can't hold more than a bed and a suitcase. Turning off the lights is like turning off a small dark room, see picture.
2. The room shown on Ctrip is inconsistent with the actual room you stayed in. It is completely wrong and it feels like selling sheep over dogs.

地理位置很好，去西雙版納去的人基本上都住在告莊，樓下超市餐廳，都很方便，我住11樓電梯旁1107，挨着電梯我以為會很吵其實不然，反而很安靜也沒有什麼奇怪的異響，空調製冷效果也不錯，辦理入住在另外一個單元，因為我旅行帶了腿腳不方便的爺爺奶奶，已經80歲了，為了帶他們坐一次飛機，辦理了入住後那個工作人員就帶我們過去，因為爺爺奶奶腿腳不好，走得很慢，非常感謝那個工作人員小姐姐，那個工作人員還幫我牽着爺爺奶奶的手陪我們走到了單元樓下，還一直提醒小心一點，這方面看的出一個酒店的用心，對待客人的服務態度，因為提前告知離店不用退房過後的3天，每天都會給我發訊息，問我需不需要打掃房間，房間的水還有沒有，一次性用品夠不夠，説到一次性用品，我定居成都，也是我第一次去西雙版納這家酒店房間裏面有陽台，洗衣機，伸縮晾衣架，洗手池，玄關，洗漱用品連卸裝水和粉撲都有，雖然我是男孩子，用不上，但是這些細節真的做的很好，卸粧水和粉撲都是單獨包裝都沒有撕標簽那種，洗面奶，牙刷牙膏，拖鞋，一次性浴巾，一次性毛巾都準備得很充足，戴森的吹風機，洗衣機連一次性的洗衣液都準備了的，我一共洗了2次衣服，很哇塞，非常好用，我定的標間，200左右的價格真的性價比很高，住了3天很舒服，打車，吃東西，買零食特產都方便，下次去的話，還是願意選擇這家酒店，閉着眼睛都能沖
