我在21-24日入住期間遺落在酒店一部蘋果11手機，酒店保潔發現後並未將其上交而是選擇帶回家，拿回去充電兩天後也沒有上交，在此期間還開過機，因為是備用機所以在26號再次入住時才發現遺失，馬上聯繫酒店前台詢問保潔是否發現，得到否定答案後要求調取監控，監控顯示我當時入住的房間為監控死角，看不到房間是由哪位保潔打掃的也看不到保潔是否拾取了物品，因為手機定位訊息顯示在某村某户，所以我將定位訊息提供給酒店方詢問此位置附近是否有相應員工，酒店方説沒有，都是在縣城居住，沒有在村的，而是保潔員工都是在崗三年以上的老員工，絕對不會發生這樣的事，建議我報警處理，得到答案後我選擇報警，警察到來後，酒店方提供了三位保潔人員的地址訊息，位置與我所掌握的手機定位距離相吻合，第二日早晨手機交還到了我的手裡，有位自稱酒店財務的女士詢問我有什麼訴求，與昨天警察沒有出警的時候態度截然相反，第二日自稱酒店經理的女士提出賠償我一日房費，我拒絕了，我沒有任何訴求，這件事的發生我本人也確實存在了一部分責任，沒有及時發現遺失，給了其他人想象的空間，衹希望以後入住的其他人保管好自己的物品，不要發生類似的事。（以上事情均有訊息留存，包括：報警電話記錄、視頻記錄、定位訊息截圖，有任何不實願承擔法律責任）

首先我對此次居住感到不滿。
其次我將從兩個方面進行描述：第一，服務員安排居住之後，一進到房間臭氣熏天，廁所馬桶很臭很臭，去看了一下里麪馬桶邊邊上還有黃黃的印子，定的兩間房都是！主要是一進門就是廁所很臭很臭！
第二，我住的那個房間，我是第二天早上洗的澡，它的下水道堵住了，我洗完澡地上全是水，很滑很滑！！水溢出門外毛毯上了，服務員發現之後前來清理，沒有做任何的解釋以及表態，打掃完就走了。
總而言之，雖然價錢不高，但是作為舒適型酒店，還差一點。

第一次來住，體驗太好了，床很舒服，睡的很好，房間寬敞明亮，陽光都能照進來，房間很暖和。而且這個價格也很合適，酒店的工作人員都很温和，熱情又善於助人，有什麼問題，跟工作人員反饋後，能很快的整改到位，值得推薦！性價比也很高，房間很新，酒店裡乾淨，空氣清新。酒店設施齊全，有洗衣房餐廳，很不錯的體驗，門口停車也很方便。
