The service staff in the restaurant are all lovely. Especially the restaurant manager, good service, very cute, take care of customers very well, reception men and driver. Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

Place was nice. The receptionist was very friendly and always willing to help. It is a nice quiet area if you just want to relax for couple of days. Breakfast wasnt that bad also

When you arrive you gotta take note that you need to go up the side of the drive to the back building that had the lobby (known as cliffhanger). Got upgraded to a larger room and had a great view. Breakfast can be skipped. Staff super friendly and helpful. Good location on the Main Street.

Halal foods for breakfast. Great location and kids friendly (w slide pool) for a good price. Highly recommended. Rent a bike if you like to go ao nang landmark rather than take a tuk tuk cause price return the same as bike rental.

We (2 adults 3 kids) stayed 4 nights in a family room - comes with a queen bed and bunk bed. The price is affordable. For us muslims, the location is very convenient as the hotel is in front of the mosque, nearby a lot of halal food options, good for my picky eater kids as there are everything for everyone. Check in takes a bit of time. Check out was a breeze. Kids love the pool. Definitely will consider this hotel if we ever come to Krabi again. Thanks ibis ao nang !

Wow, what an incredible experience! We absolutely loved this resort! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with setting up mopeds, ordering a taxi, transportation to the airport, and so much more. We went to Tiger Cave Temple, which is not too far away and is an incredible place that everyone must go to. It's a tough hike, but worth the views at the top. One day we did a luxury private long tail boat tour and wow, amazing! There's so much to do in the area. The resort was super clean and even better, you get the amazing jungle views. Hopefully one day we can make it back and we will make sure that we stay here again !!

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

room is generally nice and clean. staff very accommodating. soap and shampoo in the room are not checked daily. one needs to call housekeeping. lobby of building A is extremely hot. aircon not working properly, most of the time, it's switched off. windows and doors are open so the heat goes in. staff should speak better english to communicate better. no-smoking policy is not implemented well. smell of cigarette smoke reeks in the hallway/ corridors on different floors.
