這家性價比很高，位置方便，附近有公園，商圈和步行街等。房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，房東細心又客氣把位置，入住方式以及周邊的推薦説的明明白白！下次來昆明還會再選擇這裏的！

從入住前一天房東就開始給我們發當地的天氣，然後讓我們做好準備，我還沒有下高鐵，房東就已經把入住所需要做的登記，還有從地鐵口出來怎麼找這個房間，包括打的按什麼定位去打車，然後怎麼找房間都非常詳細的以圖文形式發給了我。
入住之後房間裏面有備好的飲用水，水喝完了以後，房東也會第一時間安排補充房間，住起來很開心，總共有三個電蚊香，解決了我晚上被蚊子侵擾的煩惱。
然後出去玩兒這方面房東也給了三條線路的建議。有什麼想吃的東西我都會問房東，他也會給我推薦一些飯店。都還非常好吃。
是非常好的房間和非常好的房東呢。

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]洗澡的水很好，還準備了飲用水，鬧中取靜，雖然地處繁華地帶，但是進入房間很安靜，晚上睡覺也很安靜，隔音很好。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]太便利了，去南強夜市步行過一個馬路三分鐘可達，昆明老街也近步行十來分鐘可到，入住便捷，周邊交通很方便，地鐵和公交站都很近，早餐就在旁邊的當地人吃的早餐店吃，價格很便宜又好吃
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]床品乾淨，很舒服，室內收拾很乾凈。
忘記拍照了，連結裏的圖片很真實，和實物一模一樣。我一個處女座感覺很棒應該不會錯了，下次來昆明還來入住。

房子位置好，離金馬坊很近，交通方便，房間整潔乾淨，洗衣機使用方法注意事項特別詳細，房間還特意準備了旅行功略，還有針線盒，真是細心又貼心，尤其要説一下房東小姐姐特別熱情，不但提前發了詳細位置，介紹昆明近期天氣情況，穿衣和旅行當中需要注意什麼，入住當天從飛機起飛開始就聯繫我們，告訴我們下飛機乘坐哪趟地鐵，如何找到入住地點，一直到我們入駐房間，全程提供支持，讓我們在異地感受到了家人般的温暖，介紹的特色美食相當的棒，昆明之旅有幸遇到小姐姐，是這次旅行最大的收穫，下次來昆明還住咱家。

空間寬敞，有外陽台可以晾衣服一晚上就晾乾了。周邊交通便利，到昆明站打車十分鐘就能到，房東熱情周到有問必答，還能提前寄存行李，小問題也很快解決，再來昆明還會考慮這裏的。
