I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was a laundry room downstairs, with robot food delivery, the breakfast tasted good, and the transportation was convenient. Because of something unexpected, I had to leave one day in advance after booking a three-day stay. The front desk lady enthusiastically helped me apply with the platform and taught me how to operate until the money arrived. The front desk guy also enthusiastically helped me contact the courier to send the courier, which made me feel the warmth of home. Thank you very much! I will stay here again next time I have the chance! Recommended!

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is just a few minutes away. The homestay is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The cleaning aunt service is very good, very active and enthusiastic. Personally feel that the price is quite high. The price is not expensive in the urban area. The accommodation environment and sanitation are much better than those of the same price. The service attitude is standardized and it is worth recommending. Every time I come to Dalian, I basically live here. I don't want to change places.

Second time around - friendly front desk service by two enthusiastic young men. Language was a bit of a barrier and we ran into an interesting challenge. I pre booked and prepaid for 2 rooms - or so I thought. I was told that (1) there was no booking showing under the booking number I presented. (2) I was advised to call C-Trip to check the booking and a refund. After a call to customer relations - and waiting for them to check (wonderful service from customer services) my daughter presented our passports to the young men and lo and behold they found our booking needed to pay a deposit on one room I had booked. However I was then told that: I had not paid for 2 rooms but rather one -so I had paid for one room + booking fee and so needed to pay for another room. We got through everything with good humor and still good enthusiasm from the two lads. My suggestion would be to have a checklist of what to do for front desk staff when it’s domestic or fore DJ guests that arrive - request our ID (passports) with booking numbers (even if offered by guests). It makes it easier for staff and guests. In hindsight our first time at this hostel that’s what the girls did. We all learnt that day - checks are important 😁
