Llady in whiteIt's pretty good. The location isn't too far from Jakarta, and the place is comfortable. I booked the cheapest room; even though it was small, it was clean and decent. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted fine. There's an outlet next to the bed. I bought a really nice Xmas berry here. The roads are very hilly, going up and down, so it might be a bit difficult for older people. There's a buggy car from the lobby. It's a shame there's only one chair outside the room. The TV is mounted high, so you have to lie down to watch it. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

GGuest UserStaying here for our anniversary was a unique experience for us. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. Everything still feels new, and it's definitely worth it. The only thing is that some facilities and areas are still under development as it's a soft opening. Hope we can stay again in the future!

I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

Ttraveller momsLocation easy to find, and not far from jl raya cisarua puncak. The villa was quite big with 3BR, two inside and one outside. The kitchen utilities also completed (rice cooker, pan, plates, cup, and so on) nice..! The view also great even at night the light not so bright.
