AAsh MotosirWEIL Hotel is the best in Ipoh. Their service is exceptional, with staff consistently checking to see if we need assistance—definitely a 10/10. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. The reception team is very helpful, and the bellboy goes above and beyond. I will definitely return to this hotel. I love it and strongly recommend it!

GGuest Userwent here on early Feb 2023. I thought it was just a normal shop lot/budget hotel. However when i step in the lobby, i got shock with the interior & ambience, feels like in a 4 star hotel. The housekeeping staff name Hidayah really did a great job for do some room tour with us. she show us a few room type and explained every details & facilites in the hotel. the reception (Indian guy, cant remember his name) was very polite & helpful upon check in. This hotel has a live band every evening, free parking area for guest (but have to walk a bit), a nice and cozy restaurant & a small gym. the bed & pillow was so cozy, it has aircond & fan too! They provided USB charger as well in the room. The shower room was spacious and very clean. i would love to recomended this hotel to all if you all want to have a trip at IPOH!

GGuest UserMy name is Mrs Kohila Hariharan, we checked on 30/11/24 for 1 night.. Myself and my husband stay in the deluxe king suite.. Outside was very quite. The room was super clean and neat. They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

PPing HooI recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great, and the hotel provides four EV charging bays, which is a fantastic convenience for electric vehicle users. This feature alone is a big plus. However, I found the room situation less satisfying. I booked a Deluxe King Plus room, but it seemed no different in size or amenities from the regular Deluxe King room, which was a bit disappointing. The room had a noticeable odor, and unfortunately, the bedding and towels were not up to standard. The bedsheets looked worn and yellowed, and the towels were also discolored, appearing dark and yellow. This made the overall room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. If the hotel can address the upkeep of its linens and improve the overall cleanliness, it could be a much more enjoyable stay, especially with the EV amenities in place.

SserihaqimiThe hotel is about 10 minutes from the city centre. I take Grab to go there from Ipoh Parade it cost me about RM8. The location is not sorrounded with shop that is why i go to eat and shop a few thing first at Ipoh Parade. The check in was smooth and no deposit required. The room was clean eventhough the furniture was old. I love the comfy bed and it was king bed. The aircond was good. The water flow is good. Also got Sejadah for muslim. Free drinking water. My room not includes breakfast so in the morning i just walk in to the resto and paid RM41. I took nasi lemak with sambal paru but sambal paru was salty. Not many variation of food but overall was okay. Got fresh fruit and fresh original fruit juice. Check out at 12.45 because my appointment at hospital was 2pm. I want to thank to the recioptionist because they dont call my room to urge to check out at 12. Thank you for your consideration 😁.

AAnn TThe standard double room we had was very small with barely enough space on the floor for our bags. No wardrobe, just 3 hangers hanging over a counter. No drawers, just 2 side tables. No fridge but there was a safe. No coffee-making facilities but we were provided with 2 bottles of drinking water every day and there was a water dispenser near the lift for us to refill our bottles which was very appreciated. The room was clean and looked quite new. Comfortable bed. We like it that private parking is always available in the basement with a security guard (though he was absent from his post most of the time!) A lift is available in the basement to access the lobby and higher floors - we could only access our floor using our room access card - good security. A few restaurants and eateries nearby. Good for a short stay.

TTuck Keong JustinLocation was great, n quite an Instagram-able place. Hotel was repurposed from a old n dilapidated building. Internal industrial design added character. But the cleanliness wasn't up to mark. The room also smell of dank n sewer-ish smell and time. Overall, for a 1 night driving stop over stay, it was adequate. But anymore would not suggest.
