Ipoh Hotels with Hot Tub

"The moment I opened the door, there was a terrible smell of sweat, which was unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they could have the cleaning staff check it, and if the smell really couldn't be fixed, I could switch rooms. However, I couldn't wait, so I went and bought two bottles of air freshener to solve the problem. Thankfully, after spraying almost a whole bottle, the issue was finally resolved, so I didn't change rooms. The room and bathroom are really small. For two people, it felt quite cramped. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very low, which was a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the shower head had good water pressure, allowing for a pleasant shower 🤣. The hairdryer needs improvement; it overheated in less than 5 minutes and needed to rest before I could continue using it 😭. There were no chairs, which was a bit of a hassle. However, they do provide a safe, an iron, and an ironing board for pressing clothes. The air conditioning was slow to cool down, but it eventually got cold; it just needed time to 'warm up' (meaning, to start working effectively). Also, there were quite a few mirrors in the room: one on each side of the bed, a large one above, and a half-length mirror right by the entrance, so you can check yourself out wherever you go 😁. Here are the good things about this hotel: They include a buffet breakfast with an all-you-can-eat option. It's available from 7 AM to 10:30 AM. The selection isn't huge but includes nasi lemak, fried noodles, porridge, clear noodle soup, dim sum, a nutritious breakfast for kids, and salad. Beverages include tea, coffee, plain water, and apparently also lemon water. They have their own free parking spaces for guests, which is a big plus! 👍"

"The room was very clean and there was hot water in the bath. Then the boiling water is hit on the first floor, there is a thermos insulated bottle, it is really warm! fully equipped. The key is the Chinese-style two-hole socket, which is very close to the hair dryer room! 👍"

"The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them."

"Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation."

"I felt that this is the worst hotel i’ve ever been. I paid RM100 for such a small room. Not functioning aircond. The aircond keep on off after 30 mins or so. And I need to turn it on everytime. I was already so tired travelling from Selangor to Perak. Too tired to wake up from the bed and need to face such problem. The hotel services crew should have check every room air-conditioning function before sell it out to customer. I would have go to cheaper hotel with better environment and space. Just the receiptionist has been treat us well. Price wise, it doesn’t worth every penny. Uncomfortable room. And hear knocking on the wall from different room. And i can hear people outside talking. The location of the hotel is okay. Nearby to some tourist attraction spot. I hope the owner can compensate us for such uncomfortable stay. We sleep in sweat! Keep on waking up. The only reason we people want to stay hotel is to sleep comfortably and rest peacefully. And I couldn’t get both from this hotel. 😭😭😭😭😭😭"
