I'll start with the most important point for me, the biggest downside of this hotel is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear all the neighbors through the walls, and the bars nearby play very loud music until 4 AM. It feels like you’re sitting right next to a speaker it's complete madness! We stayed for 4 nights, and there were concerts at the bars every other day.
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, the pool is clean, and the breakfasts are good. There is a restaurant on the hotel premises that serves delicious food; I highly recommend it. The massage services available at the hotel are also great!”

The room was very mediocre, like something you'd find for 100 RMB in China. The toilet's placement was awkward, right next to the sink, so you had to stand to the side to wash your face. I booked a balcony room, but it was just a 60-70cm wide strip with a road right outside – a total rip-off.
The highlights of this hotel are the excellent rooftop pool and its fantastic location. It's only a few hundred meters' walk to Patong Beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and 7-Elevens nearby.
The downside: It's incredibly noisy. Maybe it's my first time staying in Patong, but the motorcycles and tuk-tuks outside roared all night long; it felt like they were right next to my ear. I had to ask for earplugs the second night, which helped me get through it.
If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. But if you sleep soundly and enjoy the lively atmosphere, then this hotel might be for you.

Conclusion: Good value for money, recommended!
The room has an excellent location with a 180-degree sea view. The hotel's location is superb; the beach is right across the street from the main entrance, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. It's only a ten-minute walk to the bar street.
Facilities: There are two swimming pools. Not many people were swimming, but you can, and the water was quite clean. The water pressure in the room's shower was sufficient, and the drainage worked fine. The air conditioning wasn't noisy.
Breakfast: The restaurant has a great location with views of the beach coastline. It's semi-open-air, so you don't get direct sun. The food is typical hotel breakfast fare, with everything you'd expect. However, sitting there with coffee is absolutely delightful. Plus, many small birds stop by on the outdoor balcony.
Service: The staff provided normal hotel services; they didn't push for tips, and all cleaning and tidying were done as expected. They also delivered luggage to the room. Very good overall.

I chose this hotel primarily because they offered a triple room and it's known to be friendly towards Chinese guests. I'd seen some online reviews mentioning the facilities were old, and it's true – it feels like a hotel from two decades ago. The bathroom has been renovated, and the breakfast is basic but filling. If you're looking for a Banyan Tree-level experience, this isn't it. However, what you do get are incredibly kind owners who proactively added me on WeChat. When I left my luggage to go shopping, they messaged me to let me know my room was ready. They even upgraded us to a pool-view triple room, gave us tips on nearby malls and restaurants, and warned us that tuk-tuk starting fares are 200 baht and to negotiate beforehand. They also checked if we had laundry detergent when we were getting coins for the washing machine. There's a beautiful, clean swimming pool, genuinely friendly staff, a Guan Gong shrine by the entrance, and a huge, thoughtful drying rack. All of these made my stay comfortable and reassuring.

We just got married and chose Thailand for our honeymoon, starting with Phuket. We picked this hotel, and the owner is a handsome guy! We added him on WeChat before we even left the country, and he was super enthusiastic, answering all our questions. He even helped us arrange an island hopping trip and recommended a great restaurant, though we couldn't go due to rough seas. On our third day, the website showed no rooms available, so we contacted the owner and he moved us to a different one. If we ever come back, we'd definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were also very polite!

The hotel's peaceful atmosphere extends to its recreational facilities which include hot tub, golf course (within 3 km), outdoor pool, massage, solarium. Friendly staff, great facilities and close proximity to all that Phuket has to offer are three great reasons you should stay at Coconut Village Resort.

Coconut Village is an old favorite of ours in Patong Beach. Clean rooms and it's cheaper because it's not right on the beach but only a short walk to get there. Breakfasts are pretty good as is the pool and the little cafe attached. Get anywhere in Patong from here for 134 baht by Bolt which is cheaper than a tuk tuk and has air conditioned comfort. Desk staff friendly and attentive. It is a three-star -bordering on 4-star accommodation that is unbeatable for the price. Ten minutes walk to beautiful sunsets, water sports, restaurants and more.
When you stay at Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa in Patong, you'll be connected to a shopping center, just steps from Patong Beach and 13 minutes by foot from Bangla Road. This 4-star hotel is 3.8 mi (6.2 km) from Karon Beach and 6 mi (9.7 km) from Kamala Beach.

The Burasari is an absolutely exceptional hotel.
Location is superb.
We booked the mood room and it was one of the best rooms I'd stayed in all of Thailand.
Massive balcony, supremely comfortable bed, the bathroom was amazing with a massive spa bath.
We absolutely loved our stay here.
My only problem being that we were 2nd floor and almost every night, the tuktuks with insane stereos were blasting music from 6pm till 6am randomly as they drove past.
The room has double windows and doors facing the street but it still wsnt enough to stop the bass beats.
Also, one time we ordered room service, it took 2hrs to arrive which is completely unacceptable.
Other than that I cannot fault this place.
The pools are amazing and even the 2nd floor rooms have an outdoor day bed with mosquito nets overlooking the pool.
Just a lovely hotel.
Would definitely stay again!!

The room is tiny, but I get it, it’s a tourist area and I shouldn’t be complaining given that I have chosen this very affordable option. There is a lot noise from the street and there are so many mosquitoes. If you are allergic, be careful.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. However, the service did not meet expectations. The staff were not particularly welcoming and could benefit from improving their courtesy and customer service skills.
I was given brunch vouchers stating that brunch starts at 10:30. When I arrived at that time, I was asked to wait while the staff made several calls and discussed the voucher among themselves. The situation felt disorganized and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel can improve its service to match the quality of its facilities

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and well mannered. Everything about Sleep with me Hotel is perfect.
I would like to thank the make up the room lady I believe her name is Besa. She treated us like family. The security guys also highly trained, very kind and respectful. The receptionist staff also nice and helpful.
If you would like to enjoy your stay in Phuket in 4 star hotel that feels and treats you like 5 star hotel I highly recommend you to the hotel.

Great
GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.
DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style. The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.
AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus.
The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch.
However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet?
The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.
PPhytheasThe room was clean, and the staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My primary suggestion for improvement concerns the manual keys currently in use; upgrading to a modern key card system would significantly enhance convenience and security for guests. That single aspect notwithstanding, this is a great hotel and recommended.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to any requests we had.
BBozhi5XThis hotel is excellent; every time I visit Phuket, I stay here. It's a Banyan Tree branded apartment-hotel, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. You can dine at the hotel or cook your own meals in the room, which is very convenient! This was my first time back since the pandemic, and I feel like the Laguna complex (where the hotel is located) and the town outside have improved significantly. There are many more restaurants, bars, and cafes, and a large new shopping mall has been built. The area is filled with European and American guests, offering global cuisine plus a vibrant Thai nightlife – truly an ideal holiday destination! Coming in December, the weather is particularly comfortable, not hot in the mornings or evenings; it's probably the best season in Thailand. Laguna, the largest resort in Asia, features 12 Banyan Tree branded hotels, all connected by a lagoon. Ferry boats can transport guests from one hotel to another's private beach, as well as to other hotels, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful views of the Andaman Sea, and access various hotel restaurants, spas, and golf courses. The most important thing is the exceptional sense of safety and peace of mind guests experience!
XXiangyoubianzhongguodeJerryZExploring Southeast Asian Hotels: Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort
My wife, son, and I stayed at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort for four nights during this year's National Day holiday in Phuket. It was a very comfortable experience, and we even got room upgrades almost every night. The hotel is right on the beach, which is lovely, although getting around outside the resort can be a bit inconvenient. However, spending the whole day relaxing at the hotel was incredibly enjoyable.
MMi8heelAmenities were pretty old, toilet seats were 🤢.
Daily cleaning service wont clean well. They just recharge supplements and change beddings.
We booked 1 king size bed, but they gave 2 separate beds. Saying they only have this room because we checked in around 11 pm.
XXiaolian2019We actually stayed here for five consecutive days! It was a very pleasant stay, and I really wanted to write more! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner is Chinese and has been consistently upgrading the linens. The service was attentive; one night, our Indian neighbors were on a loud call at 2:30 AM, and the owner, contacted via WeChat, promptly resolved the issue! The guesthouse environment is very comfortable, with squirrels, cats 🐱, and other small animals! The sea is right outside the door, as is a local night market! The food stalls at the entrance are also affordable and delicious 😋! I loved it! And for only two to three hundred during peak season, the price is unbeatable!!
MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons.
Pros:
-the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy.
-The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average.
-The rooms were very clean. No bugs.
-They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old
-we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls.
-The ac worked great.
-There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this).
You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi.
-Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep).
-The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks.
There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach)
-beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net.
-the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed.
-you get one free kayak rental per stay
-The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable
-The hot water was really hot and never ran out.
-our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section.
-The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool
-The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day.
-speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance.
Cons:
-they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy)
-you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store.
-There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water.
-Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes)
-The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok.
-No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels
-the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r
