前台服務很差勁，不知道把他咋了，不正眼看你，問問有沒有吃的，頭都不抬，下午開房的時候也是，話都不想説感覺，問一下能不能接機感覺很不耐煩的樣子，這樣也開酒店？不行關了算了吧，真的受不了了

酒店免費送接送機，但是全程溝通無比低效，尤其是前台，做事非常沒有效率，講話講不清楚。比如接機的時候，問她師傅在哪裡等，打了幾個電話，她都沒能説清楚，搞得我帶着長者在機場團團轉找司機。最後還是要了師傅的電話，師傅才講清楚位置。從飛機降落到被師傅接上，過去了一個小時。
另外我定了兩個標間，但是前台以為我們衹有2個人入住，師傅來接我們的時候，車上還有別人在拼車。最後導致分了兩趟來接我們。真的很離譜，沒遇到溝通這麼低效的前台。
送機的時候，約好了12:30出發，師傅到點了沒來，打了幾個電話問前台，前台都説：馬上到。問她到底要幾分鐘到，她也含含糊糊。我讓她把師傅電話給我，我自己問，她居然説好的我再幫你問，然後就掛了電話。溝通無比低效，我厭蠢症都犯了。最後聯繫上老闆，老闆説師傅原來是睡過頭了，老闆把我們送到機場的。
總之溝通非常低效，但是酒店環境勝在便宜，性價比還行。除此之外，樓下就是燒烤店，晚上還有人在大聲的喝酒猜拳，吵鬧無比。

蚊子太多，房間裏還有蟲子，真服了，就算開窗通風，也不至於放進來這麼多蚊子吧？前台還大聲打遊戲，住進酒店了，和我説，房間有人預訂了，給我換個標間？難道我不是提前預訂，網上下單的？莫名其妙的，而且問我的時候，開頭第一句是:要不要洗澡，洗澡的話給您換標間，難道大床房不能洗澡？還是裏面走攝像頭！真服了。🌿

六人間空間還是可以的，就是裏面住了一個酒店的常駐，在宿舍裏抽煙，打電話（一直折騰到夜裡12點）工資3000左右，沒接受過什麼教育，更談不上素質和素養，沒辦法溝通，和老闆説了，老闆説沒辦法，我判斷了下，估計是老闆的員工，他這個下邊是烤吧，上邊是旅館，我直接麻了。

定的是這悦來客棧，到了説沒房了換個好的雷格主題進去一股味道，熱水都沒，價格還不低，大大降低我以後去銀川了，差的一塌糊塗

一直都很少評價，但這次的體驗真的很差。房間大小還好，電視看不了。衞生間洗澡地面漏水，直接漏到床鋪下面了。床上還有種腳臭味。説好的接送機，到了第二天早上，幾個號碼打哪個都不接。最後還是自己打車走的。

衞生比較乾淨，交通方便，賓館院內有免費的停車場🅿️，可以長期停車，重要的是免費停車，樓下能吃飯，餐費價格合理，第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯，店家免費接送機服務，老闆是個很帥的小夥子，唯一的美中不足是，退房時間是中午12點。如果延遲到下午兩點，那就更完美了。
