very bad! It was very different from the picture. The room we lived in was very similar to a simple room. There was no air conditioning and the room was very simple. The most important thing is that the attitude of the front desk is very bad. When checking out, they said they were busy and refused to issue an invoice. They said they would send an electronic version that day, but it still hasn't been sent after three days. Don't stay there. Picture 1 is what it looks like in the picture, and pictures 2 and 3 are the rooms we stayed in.

Un verdadero timo.
Pagar 300€, a 150€ la noche para ir a ducharte y ver la bañera así. Alucinante! Es el hotel en el que más he pagado con diferencia y el de peor calidad. Ni una nevera mini-bar en la habitación, vistas a un patio, falta de limpieza…un horror y una forma de aprovecharse el hotel de la demanda de alojamiento ese fin de semana.

Hotel Sansi Park is in an excellent location and with a wonderful staff who were most helpful and very patient with my poor Spanish. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Some top class restaurants nearby. Room was clean and well presented with a very modern en-suite.

I have a health problem and need a bathtub on the room. I called the hotel and the nice lady confirmed that it would be available. I arrived a couple of hours later, parked in the underground lot and checked in, only to understand that these two lovely ladies at the reception were still working for me. Adorable and in the end I had my bath and could linger pain in my legs. The room was spacious, the bed nice. Location is OK, some 15 minutes walking to the center with the restaurants. Nice stay and value for money. Go there!

The perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

Have you ever watched the documentary about the Cecil Hotel? If so, imagine that and don’t book 😅 God awful hotel, have nothing positive to say. Avoid. Only stayed because my flight was cancelled and the airline arranged it. Needless to say it’s not somewhere I will ever go again 🤢

We stayed here for 1 night following our Jet 2 flight being cancelled. We arrived at 2am and to be fair the rooms were allocated fairly swiftly. We were given apartment 26 which I can only describe as horrendous. Firstly the room was a death trap, the window was broken and a child could quite easily have fallen out from the second floor. The noise was awful, street fronted with partying going on until past 4am. The room was littered with beds not unlike a hostel situation and multiple things in the room were either broken or not working. This hotel is NOT 3* your lucky if it’s 1*
