Locartion is perfect - next to Tribunal metro and loads of restaurant, bars and tapas choices nearby.

The room was quite nice, spacious, and felt very good value. The location was also excellent and convenient for transportation.
Facilities: Fully equipped with everything you need.
Service: Excellent service; the front desk staff were very welcoming.
Cleanliness: Flawless.
The elevator has a time-traveling feel; remember to ask a large man to help with your luggage once you're inside.

The metro station is a minute away, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a large supermarket. I stayed there for four nights, but the bed was so soft it almost sagged, making it difficult to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room was adequate, as the metro and restaurants in Madrid often lack it.

Very interesting and pleasant design. There was not enough light on the mirror in the bathroom. There is a coffee machine in the room. We walked around all the main attractions. The room was quiet at night.

It was really nice because it was close to the subway station and there was a mart nearby^^
It was convenient because there was a mini kitchen so I could make simple meals in the room^^
They cleaned it very well and I liked that there was free coffee in the lobby on the first floor.

Overall it is good and the price-performance ratio is good. The aunts at the front desk and cleaning are very friendly, especially the fat girl at the front desk. Every time we meet, she is "Ola" with a smile on her face... The best thing is that the location is super good. The Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol are all ten minutes away.
